Decent most of the time but inconsistent Pros: Using it for mobile calling and to redirect calls from my desk phone to my cell phone is good most of the time. It has updated somewhat recently to have things working better but before that I hated using it for most stuff and ended up using my own cell instead. Cons: I seem to get disconnected or I don't get notified about messages or calls.
On the fence Pros: It was a good call screening and usage with web portal when needed. Easy to use. Cons: If we were using web-based calls were in and out if we were out using it on a laptop over wifi. Couldn't be helped in some cases.

Solid option for video and conference calls Pros: Stability, ease of use, and integrations. Cons: I haven't come across a big con. I'd say sometimes having meetings with individuals out of our company, they have had a few problems connecting.
RingCentral Pros: Very easy to use. Very little training needed Cons: Not many for this product. No concerns at this time.
Good calling software, for internal & external business needs Pros: It is a super easy to use system and has good I integration options. E.g. IVR, Zendesk Cons: IVR system can be tricky to use, sometimes the app crashes so I find using it via a browser is more reliable.
Decent Meeting Software with Phone System Pros: They always have some type of promotion going on where you can sign on with a discount. Software has been pretty ease to use and adjust settings. Cons: I have had all clients struggle when signing on the first few times. This is because Ring Central prompts users to download the app to join the meeting.
