Great product, great service, and great user interface RingCentral provides great packages for different business needs. Chat and phone function provides timely internal communication among employees, while video meetings can be utilized during the chat/phone. Group meetings can be incorporated into Outlook meeting's easily. All-in-one package provides efficiency and ease to employees.

Fair overall. Is a great tool for internal meetings and messaging. The main issue with the program is that it deters the abilities to reach to clients. Although for internal messaging and meetings it meets standards you would expect, reaching out to external contacts not within the company is where this service falls incredibly short.
Excellent System to manage company communications. Works well and integrates with our CRM, so I can track my calls easily. Also like having the ability to send faxes from anywhere, surprisingly I have customers that still prefer faxes.
RingCentral has been a success so far in our deployment! Upgraded from Avaya PBX to Ringcentral VOIP virtual pbx and has been great so far in terms of deployment. Working with our network team to have a segmented network dedicated for ringcentral, has been great setup with some minor hiccups. overall, the ease of deploying the phones, the soft phone app offering and many options and versatility has been working out with our users so far.
