"RingCentral for online meeting" Overall: Ok based on the price we paid but I would pay more and get a better service.Pros: Competitive pricing as compared to other providers such as Cisco, GoToMeeting et al.Cons: User interface is not intuitive. Requires coaching for new users and some practice before they get use to the tool.
"Critical for remote work" Overall: It is critical to my business and is a low-cost option. It works when other systems do not.Pros: Was able to migrate my existing number easily and fax feature is easy to use.Cons: The migrate process was not clear when I migrated my US number to RingCentral
"Great Phone Service Company" Pros: This product is extremely easy to use on a cell phone or computer.Cons: I do not have any cons at this point and time.

This is probably the only platform we have yet to have technical glitches with.Cons: This product is not free, but it does offer higher quality than other free and low-cost options.

Many of the companies that I train with use the Ring program so that makes it more cohesive to use.Pros: I like that you can communicate easily with other companies, and it is secure.Cons: I have not run into any problems that I can answer this question.
