Good calling software, for internal & external business needs Pros: It is a super easy to use system and has good I integration options. E.g. IVR, Zendesk Cons: IVR system can be tricky to use, sometimes the app crashes so I find using it via a browser is more reliable.
Decent Meeting Software with Phone System Pros: They always have some type of promotion going on where you can sign on with a discount. Software has been pretty ease to use and adjust settings. Cons: I have had all clients struggle when signing on the first few times. This is because Ring Central prompts users to download the app to join the meeting. This software is amazing and extremely helpful! Pros: I love being able to make and receive calls via a business line and being able to join and host meetings. Cons: The customer service could be improved. They are very polite but it seems to take a while to fix issues. Overall: Overall, my experience has been good with minimal complaints. I will continue to use RingCentral for my business.

Great Platform for Video, Phone and Messaging, Easy to manage and inplement! Pros: Video Meeting and easy to share documents, really great and complete, lots of features and full report. Cons: To get more customized features you need to escalate plans, instead of just adding some features you could need without choosing full plan features and prices. Overall: It was a great complement to our contact center for a specific campaign and client, really great as we are getting to used with Ring central.

Replace Landlines ASAP! Pros: This is a great option to replace land line. I like that voice mails are sent to my email. i like that i can fax from it . I like that calls can be forwarded to my cell phone, this way i don't have to give my clients my cell number. its easy to conference with several people and to transfer calls. Cons: what i like least is that my current employer doesn't use this software yet. I am one of few remote workers and i have to use my cell.
