Great and easy product to use in order across multiple devices Overall, Ringcentral is easy to use and allows for me to stay in contact with prospects; however, support could be better
RC needs to improve scalability At best, it was an OK experience. This is not a solution to implement to a large organization (500+ employees) as they cannot handle the mass users without something going wrong
RingCentral a Smart solution for Enterprise around the world. Rep is very knowledgeable and has provide stellar support to our teams over the past several migrations from previous product to RingCentral. We look forward to further migrations through end of 2025.
