RingCentral for online meeting Pros: Competitive pricing as compared to other providers such as Cisco, GoToMeeting et al. Cons: User interface is not intuitive. Requires coaching for new users and some practice before they get use to the tool. Overall: Ok based on the price we paid but I would pay more and get a better service.
Ring Central usage as Office Manager Pros: Its easy to use and customer service is fantastic. Cons: Ive never had a problem using the application on mobile phone or online. I cannot thing of anything I dont like about it. Overall: all in all a great experience with the product and customer service
Flawless operation for business operation! Pros: Puts all aspects of communication and tracking at your finger tips in a very easy to use software. Cons: There is nothing bad to say about this software. It has practically been perfected for business use no matter the size. Overall: Ring Central changed the game for us in communication with customers and even with just the staff in our company!
Great for on-the-go! Pros: I love the security of never missing a call whether I’m in or out the office! Just this app on my phone keeps me connected so I never miss a real estate lead! Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t absolutely love about it!
Could be better Pros: The call routing was the best and easiest with this program Cons: Calls dropped, caller id didn't always work. Overall: It could be better but it was an overall positive experience!
Decent Voip Pros: Does what it is intended, good call quality Cons: lack of features, could have more than just Voip
Great Option for Conference Calls Pros: RingCentral is easy to use, and sharing screens during online conference calls is easy. This is probably the only platform we have yet to have technical glitches with. Cons: This product is not free, but it does offer higher quality than other free and low-cost options.
Easy connect tool Pros: Easy to navigate and user friendly. It works great Cons: Nothing that I can think of . It’s a great software.
Easy to use Pros: I like that you can communicate easily with other companies, and it is secure. Cons: I have not run into any problems that I can answer this question. Overall: Ring was easy to install and is easy to use. Many of the companies that I train with use the Ring program so that makes it more cohesive to use.
