Overall Unified Voice, Meeting, and Fax Solutions Platform For basic telephony needs, the softphones worked OK for inbound and outbound calls. There is a bit of confusion as there are multiple versions of their computer client. The RingCentral Meetings platform was a bit feature lacking. The video functions along with virtual backgrounds didn't work great, but we are advised to use a green screen if you want it to work well.
