All calls are logged into our leads system, even those calls that are not meant for admissions

The ring central dashboard allows managers to check employee metrics easily.Cons: As I work in the call center environment, I think there should be a feature to record outcome of my call. As for example, if the clients want me to call at a particular time, there should be feature to record that.
