Keep personal number private by using Ring Central Pros: My employer asked me to download the application to my cell phone until my desk line was set up. I was able to make and accept calls and use text messages. The recipient only saw our office number. Task, notes, and photo us also avail Cons: I don’t like the the app will repeatedly ask if I want to sync my contacts when I am making a call to a new number.
Expensive option for small business Pros: The app for RingCentral was really good and very user-friendly to use compared with other providers' apps. Cons: The price is quite expensive compared to other similar services. Calls dropped often and customer service is not great. The texting platform is also quite limited. Overall: We recently migrated from RingCentral to another provider due to ongoing call quality issues and not-so-great customer support.

Not my favorite, but it works for many uses. Pros: Has the ability to use a lot of different features like phone calls, meetings, & texting. Cons: This product is very expensive for having calls drop from time to time.
Great Business Phone Company Pros: Very easy to use and customizeable. Anytime there is an issue of any kind their department can be reached quickly and takes care of the problem promptly. Cons: There are a few features in the initial setup that have to be implemented the way you want, but after you learn the system it is user friendly. Overall: Overall positive experience.
Ring Central - critical for business continuity Pros: Ring Central is more than a phone as it covers e-meet, internal transfer, PABX, and much more Cons: It has so much to offer, that we can't fully utilize the features. Overall: Exceptional, it is a daily based tool for our organization and now we are introducing to our clients too.
Good for your money but it might come short if you need custom automations Pros: RingCentral is very easy to use and it's almost an industry standard for VoiP. It integrates with most of the CRMs. Cons: The integration with some CRMs is overall good however there are some CRMs which it's useless, especially with Copper. I would like to have better and more user-friendly per-user stats. Overall: It's a convenient solution for remote employees and the quality of the connection is impecable.
Review Pros: Really liked the ease of use for messaging internally - groups were a huge plus to this service! Outbound call tracking + video was very clear! Cons: The mobile app was sometimes challenging to stay up to date. Think ahead of the competitors like Slack and this will be a promising platform
Balanced and Easy to use Pros: This service was used to replace Dialpad which gave us endless problems. no such troubles with Ring Central Cons: I cannot think of a downside when compared with DialPad Overall: Perfect
