Great Collaboration tools for conferences Ring central is a shared platform solution from a close competitor. Which enables one to use top-end Video collaboration tool without some of the limitations like 2 user restriction and more that 40 mins call restriction. Overall the performance is comparable to the platform that it shares so a great tool to use for collaboration
Ring central for communication We have been using ring central with certain customers and vendors by their choice. We are using several different communication tools at the moment and this one is proving to be acceptable. There are no distinguishing features around the product though as compared to similar services so it is really a preference as to who uses it as to when we use it.
Strongly recommended for best voice and video calling. Good user interface and affordable Its a perfect tool for business meetings, calls, conferences, screen sharing etc. The best part i love in this application is the interface, its well designed with drop down and horizontal tabs. Affordable solution that meets the needs of a small sized business Service was incredibly easy to deploy. Price was competitive to the other vendors. RingCentral: a remote work must (when it works as it should..) RingCentral is our primary VoIP for internal & external phone and conferencing communication. The desktop & mobile app are easy to use and intuitive. We also use their Glip app internally which has proven very useful as a communication tool across the company. In the era of remote working RingCentral has become a necessary platform and we have helped many of our clients also implement this solution.
Fairly mediocre and common UCaaS solution with core capabilities We have had many intermittent problems (calls falling off hold, extended hold queue or mis-ordering the queue, etc. Service has been vague and ineffective, causing us to rush an evaluation of the options in the marketplace, notably AWS Connect, Nextiva, GoogleFi, and Zoom Phone. RingCentral Office Review Overall I'm very pleased with RingCentral office and we use it for receiving international calls from external partners/clients which has been very useful for our team during the pandemic. It's great for security reasons for colleagues as you do not need to give out your work/personal phone number as you can easily receive calls on the software. The RingCentral App integrates well with Android and Iphones making it excellent to use on the go.
