"User Friendly and Reliable" Overall: I appreciate the many capabilities Ring Central Provides . I am able to text customers and they loved that they could communicate that way and attach images if needed. Love the ease of setting up meetings. Love being able to favorite people or groups and move positions. Options to add attachments or just paste an images is convenient. "Great product" Overall: Overall experience with RingCentral has been great. My team loves it as its a great tool that we use to collaborate.Pros: Ringcentral is a great product, its very easy to use, very convenient to communicate with individuals or teams, and the text feature is a great option with customers.Cons: There are no cons that I can think of as I'm very happy with the product.

"Another messaging platform" Overall: Have been using it for day-to-day communication with my team.Pros: Does the job, has all the basic functionalities required. Tagging, group text, replying, etc. Never crashed.Cons: Could have more features such as - showing previously sent links in the chat side bar. Search a particular conversation thread as in Slack. Takes time to load when opened.
"It works, but not my Favorite" Pros: It works as advertised to have a business line, so that customers aren't calling my personal cell.Cons: Just didn't work well for our growing team and customer base.
"gets the job done" Pros: Fairly inexpensive tool and easy to get ahold of customer service and make any changes. If you're just starting out as a business I would recommend starting with Ringcentral before moving to the big guys.Cons: When you do get customer service, they aren't able to help you without asking a million silly questions. They end up helping you but it's just such a process.
"Best Choice Overall!" Overall: Setting up, implementing and daily use of MVP has been amazing. We come from a modular system that was at end of life and this is really a titanic step up. The users are really happy with the UX overall.Pros: RingCentral MVP lives up to its name. It's an MVP on all accounts. Super easy to use, great user experience, and incredible aggregate value for business operation.Cons: The team doesn't have a single complaint about the solution to date.
"Best Software for Collaboration & Instant Messaging" Overall: When our company made the change to a remote work environment in March 2020, this tool made it effortless for our team to communicate daily, and keep attending our meetings as usual. It reduced the amount of emails sent every day.
