We used the RingCentral office for creating and managing tasks. We used the RingCentral office for creating and managing tasks. In the RingCentral application, we will have the tasks menu and in the tasks menu, we will have options like My created tasks, assigned to me, past due, and completed. We can see all the events in RingCentral. We can also create files using RingCentral. We can create notes as well. I would recommend using the RingCentral office.
