Review of Ringcentral Pros: Ringcentral gave us a lot of options with a low barrier to entry. We came from an environment with no soft phone capability so the transition was very noticeable. The peer-to-peer communication and peer-to-client communication are both very simple and the call quality is always crystal clear. Ring Central Review Pros: We got Ring Central as it integrates with our ATS system. That was the sole reason. Cons: There seems to be constant connectivity issues where it just stops working for no reason. Also, we have issues when new updates come out. Overall: It's useful because it works with our ATS System. However if there were other systems similar that did that, we'd probably explore them.
Ringcentral is great! Pros: Easy method to communication in a variety of ways with customer, such as texting, calling, video etc. Easy integration Cons: Sometimes it has issues like not logging calls, or the calls get "stuck" and I can't close out even once the calls are done. Overall: Overall it's been easy and convenient
The Only Software You'd Need For Phone Communication Pros: It's ability to integrate seemplesly into 3rd party CRMs Cons: It's transcribing feature though nice, relys on the clarity of another's voice and phone line. Overall: It's a great experience, and I would definitely recommend to others.
Small to Large business RingCentral can accommodate at reasonable price. Pros: Ease of use by all users remains fluid for simple control ability by your team. The real plus is accessing from any device anywhere your are on the internet, which is just about everywhere. Cons: rate is plus $10 per month if not paid annually. Makes lowest rate entry-level plan is $29 per month. Overall: Keep record of company correspondence in open for review, and to maintain transparency in all communications from staff and customers alike.
Easy communication Pros: Ring central has many features to communicate with the clients. It includes sms, fax, video calls, call conference features. The ring central dashboard allows managers to check employee metrics easily. Cons: As I work in the call center environment, I think there should be a feature to record outcome of my call. As for example, if the clients want me to call at a particular time, there should be feature to record that.
Great System for integration with lead management software Pros: It was a smooth integration with our CRM Cons: Not all the features are easily adapted to mobile phones. All calls are logged into our leads system, even those calls that are not meant for admissions Overall: Calls are directed easily to relevant departments and the log of calls allow us to follow up with missed calls on each student's account
Super Powerful System Pros: Support system is great. Hardly any down time whatsoever. Also very price competitive. Strongly recommend this system to any organization looking for a highly reliable VOIP service. Cons: Like with any new phone system, there will be a learning curve but Ring Central has a great support and training system. Overall: My overall experience has been excellent. Same goes for all of our clients that have switched over as well. No complaints.
