Easy communication Pros: Ring central has many features to communicate with the clients. It includes sms, fax, video calls, call conference features. The ring central dashboard allows managers to check employee metrics easily. Cons: As I work in the call center environment, I think there should be a feature to record outcome of my call. As for example, if the clients want me to call at a particular time, there should be feature to record that.
Great System for integration with lead management software Pros: It was a smooth integration with our CRM Cons: Not all the features are easily adapted to mobile phones. All calls are logged into our leads system, even those calls that are not meant for admissions Overall: Calls are directed easily to relevant departments and the log of calls allow us to follow up with missed calls on each student's account
Super Powerful System Pros: Support system is great. Hardly any down time whatsoever. Also very price competitive. Strongly recommend this system to any organization looking for a highly reliable VOIP service. Cons: Like with any new phone system, there will be a learning curve but Ring Central has a great support and training system. Overall: My overall experience has been excellent. Same goes for all of our clients that have switched over as well. No complaints.
Sensational and outstanding tool for unified communication. Pros: It's simple to send instant messages to my colleagues with this tool. It's enables me to make high quality phone calls. Cons: To make HD and clear voice and video calls,stable internet connectivity is a must to have. Overall: Ability to make HD video and voice calls. Ease to conduct online meetings.
User Friendly and Reliable Pros: Able to favorite people and/or groups, Mobile Capabilities, Text, and Ease of scheduling/attending meetings. Cons: I can't say that there is anything I like the least. I love that there are so many features and it's easy to use. It has been down a few times, but it's not so many times to warrant a complain. Great product Pros: Ringcentral is a great product, its very easy to use, very convenient to communicate with individuals or teams, and the text feature is a great option with customers. Cons: There are no cons that I can think of as I'm very happy with the product. Overall: Overall experience with RingCentral has been great. My team loves it as its a great tool that we use to collaborate.
I Love Ring Central! Pros: It's very easy use and really fun! Our sales team has alot of fun with GIF's and keeps work fun. Easy to use as well Cons: None, it's great. Another messaging platform Pros: Does the job, has all the basic functionalities required. Tagging, group text, replying, etc. Never crashed. Cons: Could have more features such as - showing previously sent links in the chat side bar. Search a particular conversation thread as in Slack. Takes time to load when opened. Overall: Have been using it for day-to-day communication with my team.
It works, but not my Favorite Pros: It works as advertised to have a business line, so that customers aren't calling my personal cell. Cons: Just didn't work well for our growing team and customer base.
