gets the job done Pros: Fairly inexpensive tool and easy to get ahold of customer service and make any changes. If you're just starting out as a business I would recommend starting with Ringcentral before moving to the big guys. Cons: When you do get customer service, they aren't able to help you without asking a million silly questions. They end up helping you but it's just such a process.
Best Choice Overall! Pros: RingCentral MVP lives up to its name. It's an MVP on all accounts. Super easy to use, great user experience, and incredible aggregate value for business operation. Cons: The team doesn't have a single complaint about the solution to date. Overall: Setting up, implementing and daily use of MVP has been amazing. We come from a modular system that was at end of life and this is really a titanic step up. The users are really happy with the UX overall.
Best Software for Collaboration & Instant Messaging Pros: The easy features for daily work: searching, bookmarking, adding pins, creating notes and tasks. Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Bloated Software, Not at all Intuitive Pros: I liked the ability to access our phone system remotely, but this is no longer a novel tech setup. Full Communication Suite Pros: The best thing about the software is how intuitive and easy to use it is. They didn't try to reinvent the wheel and give you an interface that you've neever seen before. Everything seems to be placed where you would expect it to be and you don't need to constantly dig for information.
