Super Powerful System Pros: Support system is great. Hardly any down time whatsoever. Also very price competitive. Strongly recommend this system to any organization looking for a highly reliable VOIP service. Cons: Like with any new phone system, there will be a learning curve but Ring Central has a great support and training system. Overall: My overall experience has been excellent. Same goes for all of our clients that have switched over as well. No complaints.

Cons: To make HD and clear voice and video calls,stable internet connectivity is a must to have. Overall: Ability to make HD video and voice calls. Ease to conduct online meetings.
User Friendly and Reliable Pros: Able to favorite people and/or groups, Mobile Capabilities, Text, and Ease of scheduling/attending meetings. Great product Pros: Ringcentral is a great product, its very easy to use, very convenient to communicate with individuals or teams, and the text feature is a great option with customers. Cons: There are no cons that I can think of as I'm very happy with the product. Overall: Overall experience with RingCentral has been great. My team loves it as its a great tool that we use to collaborate.

Another messaging platform Pros: Does the job, has all the basic functionalities required. Tagging, group text, replying, etc. Never crashed. Cons: Could have more features such as - showing previously sent links in the chat side bar. Search a particular conversation thread as in Slack. Takes time to load when opened. Overall: Have been using it for day-to-day communication with my team.
It works, but not my Favorite Pros: It works as advertised to have a business line, so that customers aren't calling my personal cell. Cons: Just didn't work well for our growing team and customer base.
gets the job done Pros: Fairly inexpensive tool and easy to get ahold of customer service and make any changes. If you're just starting out as a business I would recommend starting with Ringcentral before moving to the big guys. Cons: When you do get customer service, they aren't able to help you without asking a million silly questions. They end up helping you but it's just such a process.
Best Choice Overall! Pros: RingCentral MVP lives up to its name. It's an MVP on all accounts. Super easy to use, great user experience, and incredible aggregate value for business operation. Cons: The team doesn't have a single complaint about the solution to date. Overall: Setting up, implementing and daily use of MVP has been amazing. We come from a modular system that was at end of life and this is really a titanic step up. The users are really happy with the UX overall.
