Ring Central is Awesome! Ring Central has been so easy to use. I am able to get voice messages as well as text messages all in one location!
Good products. Overall very good company to work with and a product that is very user friendly and software that is robust. Since implementation of Ring Central we have improved our efficiency and the abilty to work with customers at a faster rate of speed.
Ring Central offers a colorful formatted software. I have enjoyed the move to Ring Central. The application is colorful, easy to navigate and offers a deeper view of company member intel. I am on the Reception Team. We have 4 members and we maneuver between the RC and the Bridge Operator Applications. It is a very heavy call center because we are a nationwide company with many clients to serve. I enjoy every minute of it!
