Good Solution to Replace Land Lines Pros: You are able to use a desk phone, desktop app, or mobile app. So you have your business phone with you basically anywhere. The apps all work well for the most part. And pricing is fairly reasonable. Cons: Requires annual contract in order to get decent pricing. The mobile and desktop apps often don't run after not using for a day or so. Also, the bluetooth always doesn't work on the mobile app each morning and have to reset. One of the easiest VoIP systems I’ve come across. Pros: It is so much easier to use than most VoIP telephony systems out there. Cons: Accounting, billing department and account managers do not seem to communicate with each other.

Ring Central Makes Office Calls a Breeze Pros: I love the flexibility with RingCentral. I downloaded the RingCentral app on my iPhone and set it up to send my calls both to my office phone and cell phone. This helps a lot for people who travel for work or are in/out of the office. RingCentral translates out voicemails in an email sent to you, so you can quickly read who they are and what they want. Amazing, and usefull Pros: I loved loved loved that you can have a phone call from your office phone be forward to your cell phone. Additionally, I liked that you can dial the number on your ring central app to have it go to your phone. I also love that voice mail goes to your email. Cons: The ring central phones are a bit complicated to navigate and could use some serious simplifying.
Great VOI service Pros: We are able to make calls from anywhere at anytime. We utilize both the hard phone lines as well as make calls right from the computer. The ability to text, fax and make calls from one number is a great value. Cons: I really don't have any complaints about this software. It's been easy to use since day one and the price is affordable. Overall: Great experience from set up to usage. Having the ability to stay connected wherever we go is a critical need for our business.
Runs our office phone setup with no notable flaws Pros: I most like the fact that it's yet to stop working since we started with it. With past setups, the phone would go down constantly but so far RingCentral has worked flawlessly Cons: It could stand to be a little cheaper but that's the best issue I can come up with.
