    Very useful with many options to customize. Pros: Once it is set up it works great. There are many functions. Call forwarding works great and can be set up to do it automatically. The electronic fax system is very useful. Cons: Tried to set up and change settings, such as call forwarding, it is very difficult to do. Also looking through the faxes could have a better interface and make it easier to find what is needed.

    We have been a RingCentral customer since last year. Pros: Their integration between systems (PC, mobile phone and desk unit) is great as it allows us to be in the office at all times no matter where we are. Cons: We really wish they had a General mailbox that all extensions would get a notification of a message on. Overall: A simple phone system that just works.

    Great Communication Tool Pros: RingCentral is very easy to manage. I'm able to review my own calls as well as manage my teams calls. I like that we are able to text from the phone number we use and that we can use a desktop app, mobile app or phone to stay connected. Cons: The only think I don't like is that we cannot send group texts. Often clients group text us and we can't respond to everyone, just one number.

    Beyond VOIP service a whole business suite Pros: There are so many things that are pros for this software. One of the best things is being able to take a call from multi devices. You can have a softphone (On your computer), physical phone and an app for your cell phone. The configurations are limitless on how you want an inbound call to be routed.     Average Pros: Having the phone over the internet gives you more freedom in what you can do with a desk phone. we often had time when our land lines would go down, and didn't have an issue with this system. Cons: It was a lot to learn because there were so many options. things could very easily get twisted around.

    I have had a good experience with RingCentral, but make sure your system is powerful enough Pros: The RingCentral Office suite has some great products which really integrate well with each other. I host daily meetings with the RingCentral Meetings app and quality is usually good. I also do a lot of cold calling from the soft phone and have the phone integrated with our Salesforce CRM, which makes logging calls very easy.     We use Ring Central GLip for our internal office chat needs Pros: It is super easy to use and offers a place to keep links, files, and calendars all in one place. It is easy to maintain and use. Cons: Setting up users is a little clunky. You have to invite them as an admin and then add them to your team or company. Overall: It is super easy to use and figure out from an end user's standpoint.

    Delightfully Perfect Pros: The Automatic Call Recording feature of Ring Central works exactly as you would expect and hope, recording all calls without the user having to lift a finger. The implementation is also very easy, and the integration with the main Ring Central platform is flawless. Cons: The only frustrating aspect of the system is that it is not possible to disable the call recording notification for internal calls without disabling it for external calls too.     Great for Business Use Pros: I love that everything is integrated in one system. You can call, text, and fax all in one place. You can also download the app for your desktop and have access directly on your computer and access it on your phone if needed. Cons: As with any telephone software, connectivity can be an issue. It's frustrating when the notifications are late or things aren't showing up on the desktop app.
