Ring Central Feedback Pros: RingCentral is easy to use and there are many features I like about the product ; You are able to text, fax, conference calls and more. Cons: There has been multiple instances of my RingCentral going out at work, a few times when the recipient of the call could not hear me on the other end and times when my faxed would fail. All had been adjusted and fixed, but this was a roadblock at times.
Unfortunately one of the better options out there Pros: Decent feature set for business users, including virtual assistant call routing and automatic call recording. Cons: Call recording can be finicky, and doesn't function consistently. There have been many times where calls get disconnected when transferring to another line, or call recordings aren't saved. Helps us run our business in and out of the store Pros: I love that it can ring away from the store and has an answering tree to make sure we can help our customers even if we aren’t there Cons: I can’t seem to switch from the two lines we have on the app so that I can see how many calls we are getting to each line. I have to log in and log out each time.
Like it for general business phone use and faxes. Pros: Ring central is great for general business phone use and faxes. Easily download it on your phone and be able to have calls go to your phone on the go. Cons: There will be times where it says you missed a call but you’re phone never rang. Voicemails not showing up until a day later which is not good for business. Great Tool For The Workplace Pros: The thing I like best about Ring Central is their messaging too called Glip. You can connect the two tools and it makes workplace communication very easy and streamlined. Cons: These guys have horrible customer service. Anytime I had issues with my Ring Central or Glip account, which was a lot, it was very difficult to fix the issues with their support team. Overall: Easier communication but just hope you don't have any issues!
Very useful with many options to customize. Pros: Once it is set up it works great. There are many functions. Call forwarding works great and can be set up to do it automatically. The electronic fax system is very useful. Cons: Tried to set up and change settings, such as call forwarding, it is very difficult to do. Also looking through the faxes could have a better interface and make it easier to find what is needed.
We have been a RingCentral customer since last year. Pros: Their integration between systems (PC, mobile phone and desk unit) is great as it allows us to be in the office at all times no matter where we are. Cons: We really wish they had a General mailbox that all extensions would get a notification of a message on. Overall: A simple phone system that just works.
Great Communication Tool Pros: RingCentral is very easy to manage. I'm able to review my own calls as well as manage my teams calls. I like that we are able to text from the phone number we use and that we can use a desktop app, mobile app or phone to stay connected. Cons: The only think I don't like is that we cannot send group texts. Often clients group text us and we can't respond to everyone, just one number.
Beyond VOIP service a whole business suite Pros: There are so many things that are pros for this software. One of the best things is being able to take a call from multi devices. You can have a softphone (On your computer), physical phone and an app for your cell phone. The configurations are limitless on how you want an inbound call to be routed.
