    RingCentral Rings Our Bell! For a Price. Pros: The softphone app performs well and is easy to use. The softphone app can be installed on multiple computers allowing you to have, for example, one copy installed on your desktop and one copy installed on your laptop. This means that I can leave my desk and take my laptop with me and still be able to answer my phone.     I utilized RingCentral for all my calls in the office and remotely for a customer service position. Pros: I appreciated that RingCentral is utilized through my laptop, via my cell phone, and translated into voicemails via email and more. When I received a call on my laptop, the navigation through RingCentral made it easy to transfer calls, create a conference call, and track the numbers I received calls from.     Great mid level office phone system for the price. Pros: I like the flexibility of changing your location along with your desk phone. Also the conference options Cons: stability can be hit or miss at times depending on ones internet connection. Would love easier ways to do call routing other then logging into your account portal

    Ring Central Software has been a great help with our business Pros: With Ring Central, we have one central cloud-based software that keeps us in contact with our customers and vice versa. Each of our employees has their own extension and lets the system know that when they are available to accept calls. Cons: A couple of times the software has gone down and we had to spend a couple of hours without communicating or responding with our customers.     Love this program ... easy to use Pros: Easy for all users to use and has a correlation to email that is seamless. Keeps our office well organized. Cons: I would like to be able to set up separate departments with extensions within them. Either I cant or don't know how.

    Best Business UCaaS Pros: Fully featured, works out of the box, simple easy to use interface, works with any SIP based hardware. Cons: The only con I have foudn so far is it doesn't work with video end points which might be deal breaker for some. There work around is to use there meeting software which I believe is powered by goto meeting. There meeting software is a nice included feature but not a replacement for 2 video end points. Overall: Great quality VoIP platform. Completely unifies all of our communications.

    Ring Central is Fantastic Pros: Having utilized RingCentral while performing work as an independent contractor in the oil fields, I can truly say this is the best there is out there! Easy to use, exceptionally straightforward. Cons: There is not a single thing that I can say in a negative light about this software. We are beyond pleased and recommend it 100%!

    It gets the job done Pros: It's easy to use and its easy to learn as well. Our office used it for a while. It does what it's supposed to. Cons: It was glitchy in the past and less cost effective than some other options... which is why our office no longer uses it.

    This is an excellent cloud based phone solution. Pros: I like being able to use it across any device be it my desk top, laptop, tablet or whatever. I also like that my voicemails will go to my email. That is very helpful to me. Their customer support is extremely helpful. I have always dreaded calling any companies customer service except this one. Cons: The only downside is that with it being cloud based if your internet is down or bad then your phone service will be as well but you are going to have this issue with any clo... read more
