Great and very easy to use. Had a few outages at the beginning of service contract. Pros: Desktop application is very easy to use and figure out. Doesn't take much technology knowledge to get the service working. Cons: In the beginning of the using the product, we had a few issues with the service dropping mid-call. This was confirmed to be on RingCentrals end too. Overall: Great telephony service.
An awesome tool for staying in touch Pros: Did a lot of homework for an affordable solution for one issue. I needed to route my business calls through my cell phone without giving away my cell phone number. This software allows that via an easy to use app. Cons: The only issue you'll have is trying to stay up to date on all the new services they are always providing. Great phone system, easy to use! Pros: I like that I can get my work phone calls anywhere - my cell or home! I like that it emails me my faxes and my voicemails. Cons: It takes a long time to get set up and to transfer the phone numbers from our previous carrier. But after that, I think it will be smooth sailing! Overall: More accessibility to my phone calls, faxes, and texts.
I love this product! Pros: I like this product a lot! I love that I can use my computer for everything and not need to have a landline phone. I can fax from my phone and receive faxes. I can review everything and save it without ever needing to print it and wasting paper! Cons: I do not like that if I log into one computer with my extension information, I cannot then go to another computer and log in. RingCentral recording has been a great tool for my business and very easy to use. Pros: Easy to use. You can find your recordings very easy even a person like myself who is not very tech savvy can use this tool without developing a headache. Overall: Easy to use and I can use it even from my smart phone.
This makes managing quality control for our scheduling department a breeze! Pros: I like how well organized and easily accessible the audio recordings are plus the recording quality is incredibly clear, which has helped tremendously in making sure processes and protocol are being implemented and executed properly. Overall: It has helped the training in our scheduling department tremendously! I have no complaints with this software; it has worked exactly as described and done exactly what I need it to do.
we use his for our office phones and for faxing, etc - Pros: many many functions to do a lot of things - a lot of extras - getting calls forwarded to cell phones; sending email notifications that contain the message Cons: it is a voint venture between at&t and ring central and every time we call no one knows if we should be speaking with the ring central reps or the att reps - very confusing
If you like it, then you should put a RingCentral on it! Pros: I have just in the past couple weeks started using RingCentral for our office and the difference is night and day! We had been using an old Rolodex with business cards. That was copied onto an excel sheet. Everything had to be updated all the time and when it was updated, the entire staff would not always get the memo. With RingCentral, everyone's business contacts are updated simultaneously. RingCentral is our office phone system, it's been good! Pros: My favorite thing about this software is that if you don't answer a call to your office phone, it will automatically transfer to your mobile phone. Very useful! Cons: On your desktop it is not the most reliable application and ever since I've downloaded RingCentral, I've been getting occasional spam phone calls.
