Office Phone System Updated Pros: RingCentral does just what the name implies, offers a central place to manage everything about your phone system. Great user experience and ability to fax, make a call, take a call, and look up business contacts. Cons: The system is great, overall. There are some features that would be nice that are present in Gotomeeting, but I realize RC isn't trying to be a replacement to GTM.
Great alternative to using your personal # for work! Pros: This software gives employees the opportunity to no have to use their personal numbers but to be able to fax and receive calls from their work number straight to their cell phone. You can also FAX straight from the software. Cons: Sometime there is a lag, sometimes calls drop, but over all its a very useful software/app. The fax option is very useful for an alternative to a fax machine! Overall:
It even FAXes! Overall: We use RC rather than giving our mobile phone number out. The connectivity is spotty and now always reliable, but some of the other features like being able to fax are great! You can take a picture or scan a document and fax it! No Fax machine needed!!
RingCentral is Versatile and Easy to Use. Overall: RingCentral is the main communication tool at my company. We all use it and it's new features are great! No complaints here.
Love Ringcentral! Pros: Super easy across all software platforms. Incredible user interface. Highly active updates and new features. Cons: Can't forward voicemails from mac version. Why? Overall: This is a great product all around. Its the communication hub of my office. It seamlessly allows my assistant and I to talk to customers and stay in touch with each other.
