Solid product all around - Great Admin features RingCentral mobile application and management console has been great for us and very flexible. It has provided the school the ability to pivot to a remote workforce efficiently.
overall it is very good Almost always everything works well and you get good support from the account team. Furthermore, it is easy for global companies to work with it.
A great company with even better support Ring Central has work with us to implement and move our company to their system in a expedient manner. We are better able to support our customers and internal communications much better than in the past. When Covid hit they helped us move fully to the RC system in lightening speed.
Great platform and robust Good communications from our Account Manager, making the set-up quite easy to accomplish on our own. We did not need any technical assistance with the platform as we are familiar with these types of platforms. Overall it operates very well and we use the conferencing facility daily. Audio quality is excellent and we have managed to install and operate the platform internationally too.
