Works as it should and easy to use Pros: Seamless and easy to use. The quality of the recordings was good. Ring Central offers a large suite of communication tools. If yu are already using RC, this is a natural add-on. Cons: I am not a fan of RC's customer service. They always seem to be blaming the customer for the issues. Always improving! Overall: RingCentral has been very easy to use from the beginning and an extremely reliable product for our company. We also appreciate the fact that they are always adding new features and updates that make their product even better.
Love this for my small business! Overall: I love having the ability for my customers to contact me through my web site by calling my 800 number and I get an email with the recorded message. Very easy to use!

Phone System Pros: the reporting and ease of use Cons: the customer support is difficult to navigate Overall: The system is easy to use and assign phones and ext to various users. There are many features you can use for call recording, IVR and call logs.
Highly Customizable VOIP System Overall: Being highly customizable with many features, there is a bit of a learning curve, which is why I gave "ease of use" only 3 stars. Once you get the hang of it, though, it's well worth the complexity. The web conferencing is a great feature. My only other criticism is that the mobile apps have not been reliable.
Love the mobility! Overall: We originally purchased Ring Central because our team preferred to use their mobile phones vs desk phones for calls (we never use the softphones). This was very attractive to us and it is still benefiting how our team works. At first, we had some issues with the app quality. We would drop calls or weren't sure if calls were dead air or a customer we couldn't hear. Great Value - Functionality, Price Sensitive, Customer Support Pros: The combination of the software and good customer service is what keeps the service valuable to the end user. Cons: Sometimes: (1) Not enough service techs to help, or (2) You get a service tech with an attitude - looking to get off the call ASAP! Overall: I started out with the Ring Central service about two years ago. I am a small business, and as my operations change, Ring Central has helped me to adapt the service to my needs.
