"Highly Customizable VOIP System" Overall: Being highly customizable with many features, there is a bit of a learning curve, which is why I gave "ease of use" only 3 stars. Once you get the hang of it, though, it's well worth the complexity. The web conferencing is a great feature. My only other criticism is that the mobile apps have not been reliable.
"Great Fax Service , " Overall: I only have Ring Central Fax service. I love the it works every time. Best thing is I don't have to have a phone line anymore. Thank you!
"Great Value - Functionality, Price Sensitive, Customer Support" Overall: I started out with the Ring Central service about two years ago. I am a small business, and as my operations change, Ring Central has helped me to adapt the service to my needs.Pros: The combination of the software and good customer service is what keeps the service valuable to the end user.Cons: Sometimes: (1) Not enough service techs to help, or (2) You get a service tech with an attitude - looking to get off the call ASAP!
"Very good value with reasonable pricing" Overall: I only use the fax options. I do not use any of the telephone options. I've used the fax option for a number of years now.
"easy to use " Overall: I don't really have to think about it - I just use it. Everything is intuitive and I can usually figure it out myself.
"Improved Tremendously" Overall: Last year at this time I was searching for a new telephony company because our office was done with RingCentral. A year later things have really turned around! The service is good and the features are great - I especially like how our employees, wherever they are in the world, can retrieve their messages through the website! "ring central is the best online call center " Overall: I use ring central for almost 3 years, with their virtual fax and the 1-800 number I have. They are never down and I never have to deal with any uses what so ever!
"Prompt Service" Overall: I have been using this service for at least 5 years. I love it! It is dependable, reliable and always completed in a timely manner with results emailed promptly. I never need to worry about service!
"Happy with Service" Overall: I have only great experience with your services! I have never experienced any problems. I guess I don't know what more to say but to keep up the good work!
