Great Product, Great Service! I've been using RingCentral for over 10 years, and have been very happy with the service. Having an 800 number with multiple extensions really gives our small company the appearance of being much larger.
What does a small office user think... As of December 2020, we have been using the desktop and mobile applications for 5 years. As with any new technology implementation there was a period of time in the beginning where setup required some trial and error. However, this process was made less stressful because Ring Central's customer support is excellent. RingCentral called just at the right time RingCentral worked hard to earn our business, giving us the most bang for our budget. They worked to make a transition of over 1,500 lines as seamless as possible. Their product has given us to ability to be much more agile in a time were employees are working both on-prem and remotely.
