Review of services Overall: The system works well for me. I do not have a large amount of faxes in or out. Initially, however, I found customer service response to be unresponsive. Learned how to use the system by trial and error.
Great alternative to the dinosaur fax machine of yesteryear Overall: Super easy to use. Confirmation pages are nice. Would be helpful to have a screen print of the 1st page of your fax show up in the confirmation page so you can recall what you faxed to whom.
Not really what I expected Pros: Costs less than some. Cons: Clicking, buzzing and dropped calls Overall: I have been paying for this service for a while. They keep telling me that it is a bandwith issue. I upgrade and still have issues.
A good option Pros: Ease of use, fax machine built into app Cons: Doesn't always provide a clear connection. Calls sometimes get dropped. Overall: RingCentral is easy to use. Works great as a phone, although clarity and connection to data/Wifi can sometimes be less than perfect. I especially like the fax option, as I don't need fax often, and therefore would not want a fax unit taking up space in my office.
Great Application Overall: No worries about connections or equipment. To have such an application as good as this and as compatible in all facets is wonderful! ALL IS GOOD!
Have used for several years Pros: Ease of use. Cons: Have had minimal problems. Maybe 2x in 5 years. Overall: I have never had a problem getting support when there is a glitch. I love that I can "prove" that something was fixed when dealing with insurance companies because all of my faxes are right there.
Great product Overall: Easy to navigate the system. Set up was simple. A lot of options and settings to customize to what you want. great customer service for any questions or concerns!
RingCentral great to work with. Overall: The young man worked very hard to get my problems solved. Turned out there were two things wrong. One in RingCentral(I had too many emails) and one with my server. All is fixed and I am getting my faxes now.
Awesome Program Overall: RingCentral is so easy to use. We've never had an issue & it integrates with Outlook. I just wish that the fax coversheets could be customized.
