    Seems like it should be user friendly Overall: This seems like a great way to have a portable office and travel for work, work remotely etc. The problems I run into are 1) the desktop app crashing and having to restart everything 2) the annoyance of having to deauthorize other locations 3) having it ring on my cell phone after hours even though I have setup allowable office hour times in my account 4) finding the help I need in their forums/boards and 5) having it just plain not work sometimes.     RingCentral review Pros: Good performance and optional tools selection. Professional-style tools for conference calls. Cons: The tools for syncing with Google contacts doesn't work properly. Also, the desktop app takes a long time to update the call log. If you miss a call, you have to look at the smartphone app to see who called. Overall: This is a handy product! The smartphone app adds a unique and useful tool too. We are a small business and the RingCentral system really help us.

    My experience with Ring Central Pros: Everything, very helpful!!! Cons: I cannot complain. Overall: It is very helpful, especially when I miss my calls. It alerts me by email to let me know someone called and left a message. I have only been with the company for a year, but like the tool.

    A must have for anyone who deals in insurance or financial services Pros: Works with no effort if you use the automatic call recording Cons: You have to make sure that it's turned in for all extensions. Overall: I started using the call recording to make sure that my employees were taking care of my customers and also to document conversations with customers.

    Works as it should and easy to use Pros: Seamless and easy to use. The quality of the recordings was good. Ring Central offers a large suite of communication tools. If yu are already using RC, this is a natural add-on. Cons: I am not a fan of RC's customer service. They always seem to be blaming the customer for the issues.     Always improving! Overall: RingCentral has been very easy to use from the beginning and an extremely reliable product for our company. We also appreciate the fact that they are always adding new features and updates that make their product even better.

    Love this for my small business! Overall: I love having the ability for my customers to contact me through my web site by calling my 800 number and I get an email with the recorded message. Very easy to use!

    Best Bang for your buck..! Pros: All Features are simple you use and my service has always been reliable. Cons: It's not free but it works excellent...! Overall: I have used Ring Central for years and I have Never had a single issue with Features or Functionality. I love my Ring Central...!

    Phone System Pros: the reporting and ease of use Cons: the customer support is difficult to navigate Overall: The system is easy to use and assign phones and ext to various users. There are many features you can use for call recording, IVR and call logs.
