Exactly what we needed. Overall: We only have the fax functionality. It has been exactly what our company needed. We can obtain our faxes from anywhere and send out has never been a problem. We highly recommend this program.
RingCentral Auto Call Recording review Pros: Began using RingCentral on June 3rd this year. Overall experience has been good. Enjoy being able to access anywhere from my computer or cell phone. I do wish the call log could have more than 20 calls per page. I am in charge of auditing phone calls of a call centre and sometimes have to scroll several pages before I find a lengthy call I want to listen to.
Easy phone system Overall: Phones always work great, if there is ever an issue the customer support team is efficient at answering questions and finding a solution.

Used it for years, excellent phone system with easy maintenance Overall: This software is great. I love when software lives in the cloud like this. This stuff is fairly easy to set up, and we rarely need to log in for anything. I love how easy the app is to use and make calls. This is the perfect solution for freelancers who want the flexibility and power of a full fledged system.
Seems like it should be user friendly Overall: This seems like a great way to have a portable office and travel for work, work remotely etc. The problems I run into are 1) the desktop app crashing and having to restart everything 2) the annoyance of having to deauthorize other locations 3) having it ring on my cell phone after hours even though I have setup allowable office hour times in my account 4) finding the help I need in their forums/boards and 5) having it just plain not work sometimes. RingCentral review Pros: Good performance and optional tools selection. Professional-style tools for conference calls. Cons: The tools for syncing with Google contacts doesn't work properly. Also, the desktop app takes a long time to update the call log. If you miss a call, you have to look at the smartphone app to see who called. Overall: This is a handy product! The smartphone app adds a unique and useful tool too. We are a small business and the RingCentral system really help us.
My experience with Ring Central Pros: Everything, very helpful!!! Cons: I cannot complain. Overall: It is very helpful, especially when I miss my calls. It alerts me by email to let me know someone called and left a message. I have only been with the company for a year, but like the tool.
