Love the mobility! Overall: We originally purchased Ring Central because our team preferred to use their mobile phones vs desk phones for calls (we never use the softphones). This was very attractive to us and it is still benefiting how our team works. At first, we had some issues with the app quality. We would drop calls or weren't sure if calls were dead air or a customer we couldn't hear. Great Value - Functionality, Price Sensitive, Customer Support Pros: The combination of the software and good customer service is what keeps the service valuable to the end user. Cons: Sometimes: (1) Not enough service techs to help, or (2) You get a service tech with an attitude - looking to get off the call ASAP! Overall: I started out with the Ring Central service about two years ago. I am a small business, and as my operations change, Ring Central has helped me to adapt the service to my needs.

Very good value with reasonable pricing Overall: I only use the fax options. I do not use any of the telephone options. I've used the fax option for a number of years now.

Improved Tremendously Pros: The website interface! So easy! Cons: The VoIP connection is sometimes very bad. We do use a lot of bandwidth in our office though. ring central is the best online call center Overall: I use ring central for almost 3 years, with their virtual fax and the 1-800 number I have. They are never down and I never have to deal with any uses what so ever!
Prompt Service Overall: I have been using this service for at least 5 years. I love it! It is dependable, reliable and always completed in a timely manner with results emailed promptly. I never need to worry about service!
