Like any software there are issues, but none of them have a critical impact on the product or its core capabilities. They were an instant hit across our entire company.
Solid product all around - Great Admin features RingCentral mobile application and management console has been great for us and very flexible. It has provided the school the ability to pivot to a remote workforce efficiently.
overall it is very good Almost always everything works well and you get good support from the account team. Furthermore, it is easy for global companies to work with it.
A great company with even better support Ring Central has work with us to implement and move our company to their system in a expedient manner. We are better able to support our customers and internal communications much better than in the past. When Covid hit they helped us move fully to the RC system in lightening speed.

Great communications product! Ring Central has been a very solid product for our company. It integrates very well with inContact for our call center as well as zoom for video conferences. Support has been very helpful when we have run into issues.
VOIP telephony done well! Overall we are happy with the service. The service was a life saver during COVID as it allowed users to use their firm tel number from their mobile and provided RCM (private labeled ZOOM) for VC. Desk phone features are somewhat limited when compared to traditional on-prem system such as the assistant \ manager workflows. Support is not ideal. Adding a TAM and enterprise support for an additional $XX/month was a big help.

RingCentral - Review We had Vonage before Ringcentral and it was horrible. Now we have RingCentral and it's been great! Call quality has been outstanding in comparison.
