Excellent Customer Service Overall: I've used Ring Central for a few years and every time I call them, the service is outstanding. Highly recommend them.
Typical customer Pros: It works... and doesn't rely on being anywhere or having any infrastructure to continue to work. Cons: email to FAX only faxes the attachment... and doesn't also fax the email body. Overall: I like the service... I don't have any complaints that haven't already been submitted. Some you can fix... others you can't.
Great VoIP System Overall: Only been using the software for a few weeks. So far it is great! Ease of use take the leader board again with Ring Central.

I have a very simple need. A toll free number that always rings in to my cell phone. Overall: RingCentral Office provides an answer for my business' rather simple needs. A toll free line that is always forwarded to my cell phone and a way to distinguish incoming calls from the tool free number from incoming calls to my cell number. Simply awesome !! Overall: It was a good experience. the assistance was damn good & I appreciate the way, you deal your Cx. I was searching the score of 100 around but unfortunately your system contains 10 marks to rate. specially the voice & quality of assistance of that lady was awesome.
