"Absolutely the best support staff" Overall: I always have a great experience with the tech support staff. They are always friendly,professional,competent, and patient. Longer support hours would be preferred.
"Great Service" Overall: I had the pleasure of working with several techs and they both did an excellent job on both cases, especially one representative. I can't thank him enough for not only calming me down, but he understood the problem and fixed it quickly. I am VERY happy with both techs.

Unbelievable as it may sound, both stages went without a hitch.
