Over all its good, but not recommended for video calling. Affordable and easy usage. As some of our clients prefer, we bought this calling service and been using since 3 years. It all good, best of voice calling, screen sharing etc. Need little improvements to video calling connectivity. Its a mobile accessible application and works even with mobile data. This is affordable and easy to use, it has a user friendly UI. Over all i can say, its good.

Outstanding Phone System Replacement, Not So Outstanding Customer Service I am a big fan of their mobile app, parts of their main desktop app, parts of another one of their desktop apps, and parts of their Outlook client. I like parts of their admin portal. But there are numerous inconsistencies, and a lackluster conversion (but, to be fair, during COVID19 pandemic), that combined together with hit or miss support leave me wanting.

RingCentral in the Automotive Industry Everyone there is great that works for RingCentral, and their support is awesome. We have been with them almost a year and a half now, have not had one bad encounter with our reps or their support, their support is very quick to reply and will even give you guidance if you just have a question on how to do something.
