Great support resolution! Overall: Customer support respresentative was incredibly helpful and very courteous! She always called me back, multiple times if I couldn't answer my phone, always left me voicemails to let me know the situation, and called me promptly the once or twice there was an emergency. Very, very pleased with her professionalism, and manners in which this case was resolved!

Extremely satisfied! Overall: My customer support representative is a ROCK STAR!!! She is the most intelligent tech support person I have ever dealt with at RingCentral. If possible, I would wait on hold for an hour, just to have her resolve my problem. Give her a raise. Never let her go!
Can find better value elsewhere Pros: Nothing that is outstanding, used a fax line for small business and it worked well, issue was the price increases. Year over Year they wanted me to pay $275 or so from 120 bucks. I did not think that was fair. Not enough support Pros: Getting rid of it was a great decision for our sales organization. Cons: Support and integration with HubSpot. This product used to be the Cadillac in VOIP/telephony technology but times have changed in my experience.
Is not seamless with my iphone mailbox Pros: I like how easily it integrates with my cellphone from a caller standpoint. Cons: I struggle to listen to voicemails from my RC calls. I wish they would forward to my regular voicemail inbox on my phone so that I do not have to go to the app.
texting!!! Pros: Calls are easy to make and forward to other extensions. Cons: We haven't been able to text in 3 months!!!!! Our TCR application has been jumping back and forth between being Denied and Pending. Every time we call RingCentral, they tell us they can't do anything about it except expedite the application (them expediting it is equal to us waiting 3 months to find out that it was denied for some undecipherable reason).
