Staff keeps it real, rooms were nice. The beds were big and they have walk in showers, the facility is nice but they dont let you have your phone for the first five days. It wasnt too bad my case manager let me make phone calls and I got it back after detox. Housekeeping was good in my building and they do your laundry for you. I think its good to just focus on me and do what I gotta do to get better. My therapist listened to me and they helped me with whatever I needed. Would have liked to stay longer but they set me up wit... read more

They have lots of people in recovery on staff here which has made my experience much better knowing there are people I can relate to who share their stories with me. I have learned so much about the disease of addiction and how it affects the brain also how I can use my tools to understand my emotions and stop thoughts when I have cravings. I feel much better and more prepared for when I go home like Im going to do NA and aftercare. The case managers helped me get set up with everything I needed and the therapists helped me ... read more

English is not my first language they made me comfortable having therapists to help talking in spanish so I can understand. There were other people with the same problem and got therapist and others who are bilingual to do classes and translate. It made me feel better and help me learn.

I really struggled when I first got here and the whole team helped me through it. Ive been having a lot of issues with my family back home and just wanted to leave. But Lauren the therapist helped me realize that the best thing I could do for my family was to stay in treatment and get better so I could be the mother they need when I return. It was so hard not to just leave, but I know I would have used had I left without a plan or finishing my treatment. Staying was the best thing to happen to me because I started building m... read more

Christian the program supervisor is a true professional. The therapists and case managers are great, I loved the groups and learned a lot. But the floor team really makes this place what it is and keeps everything running smoothly. She will very quickly find solutions and make sure things get done, she always follows up and communicated where stuff is in the process. That helps so much because being dependent on staff while Im here can be very frustrating. But when supervisors are professional and take needs and requests ser... read more

I love the staff because they will goof around and try to make things fun. Its tough enough being here in the first place, no body wants to be made to feel bad in the process. Jason the ta is very energetic and always makes people feel welcome because he is so inclusive. It doesn't matter who you are or where you came from, he will stop to talk to you and make sure you have everything you need to feel good during your stay. I love that I can relate to the staff and know that if I'm having an issue I will feel understood. A l... read more

I've had a great experience over all with the nursing and medical team. Nurse Jenn is very sweet and compassionate. She always pays attention during med pass and she can tell when something is up or you are not feeling like your normal self. Its good to see familiar faces every day because they get to know you and what you're going through. She works extremely hard and stays on top of things so I wanted to acknowledge her hard work.

Demetirus the therapist has great energy. He's an incredible speaker and very motivational. Every time I attend one of his groups, its powerful the way he gets the message across and really inspires me to want to do better. He has interesting stories and knows how to hold your attention. I noticed he is also very respectful of pronouns which is comforting because the groups here are very inclusive and make sure to respect everyone from all walks of life. He even says the f word sometimes which even though it may be frowned u... read more

The therapists that run the groups are fun and they have great activities because they are relatable and easy to talk to. Therapist Caitlin is a sweet heart and she always has great advice to give or helps you think about things in a different way. I learned that I have to change my perspective while being here and being able to tap into my emotions and get to the root cause of why Im feeling the way that I do when I struggle with my depression or anxiety has helped me gain the self awareness I need to make a change. The gro... read more
