A lot of the therapists have an open door policy. Same with the medical staff like the nurses and the doctors. If I'm struggling or I need something, I know I can find someone to help me or get me with the right person which is a huge relief because I have really bad anxiety and sometimes I just need someone to talk to. Amy the therapist is the most caring person I think Ive ever met. I love that the staff is so motivating. Everyone has been very friendly including the men and women here, I was welcomed right away with a big sister who showed me around and both the staff and clients were very friendly. Its a strong community here. Jennifer the tech is very friendly. She helped talk me out of making some pretty bad decisions. Staff has been amazing. Most go above and beyond. Especially Tarshae, she is always very honest and down to earth which is greatly appreciated. She is always willing to stop and have a conversation or check in when she sees something is up or I'm not my usual self. I think having staff that care makes all the difference and I've had a great experience, everyone has been very professional and helpful to my needs.

I love how we are meditative during the evenings its very soothing. I loved Mr. Green, I can relate to a lot of the things he says and the things he's been through. Mr. Gonzalez and my therapist Karah are very outgoing and I like to be outgoing and have deep conversations. Everyone was super kind. I was very secluded where I was and I'm fighting to get my son back. I met really good people here, and the staff was excellent. I really came out of my shell and felt more comfortable. There is a good support group here, all the women were very welcoming. All the therapists bring something different to the table. Veronica is excellent, Im not even her client and she still went over and beyond to help assist me the best way she could and I greatly appreciate her. Ms. Casey the nurse even though the hurricane came, she has a positive attitude and she is a very spiritual and down to earth woman, shes awesome all over. Im so grateful to the whole team. The nurses were great helping me get in through my detox and making sure I was alright with my meds. Nurse Risha helped me by ordering my meds and making sure I had them the same night. Many times the nurses will call for you if you need something and get in touch with the on call providers to try to remedy whatever the situation. I felt comfortable from day one. The community is welcoming and helped me out getting to classes and showing me around. I got a big sister who helped me find a good group of people and gave me a lot of support and encouragement. Kitchen staff was nice they always gave good portions and help you out with options. Stephanie is always back there, she also works housekeeping so she does a lot for everyone. One of the hardest working people here! I just want to give a shout out to the kitchen and housekeeping staff because they always look out with extra towels or changing the sheet when I needed it.
