Trina has saved my life. She has given me another chance at life and she is awesome. She really saved my life. The nurses were great over all. We got to keep our tobacco and our phones. There's a big gym and outdoor sports. Dimitrius and Tony were awesome teachers. My room mate was awesome, I was concerned about that but they do compare you with someone that's compatible. My therapist Saffiyah and the therapists who facilitated the groups helped me tremendously. Amy in particular had a class that we did poetry and we all wrote poems and shared them and it was amazing. Dimitrius group was great. The services here were extremely helpful. The group therapy here is so important, they gave a lot of hope. Its so regimented here and I got a lot of interaction so I'm going to continue with after care to maintain that structure and stay in contact with my sobriety. My therapist Andrea helped me uncover past traumas that associate with how I present in my personal relationships and helped me break down some walls and barriers in that respect. My case manager Veronica has been absolutely excellent helping me set up my IOP, get my after care services and medications set up, and helped me overcome some obstacles in the process. Several of the TA's were outstanding, they answered any questions I had and if there was something that I needed they did right then or directed me to what I needed. The nurses were good as well. My therapist and case manager were outstanding. I liked the groups, especially the smaller ones. The nurses were so helpful, most of the nursing staff was amazing. Especially when they helped me with my blood pressure, they really worked with me on that. My therapist Trina always watched out for me. She really took care of me and got down on my level, she helped me mentally which helped me to lower my blood pressure when I was having a tough situation that made me feel overwhelmed. My case manager Stephen made me feel like he was really on my side. He was a good listener and helped me with my sober living. He always made himself available. The house keepers were great and the nurses were always there. Dr. Shaina is the best for sure! She was so kind and very helpful to me because she was receptive of my needs. Dr. Vega was great. Therapist Christine was able to help me with what I needed to search for. Andrea and James had awesome groups. Dimitrius groups were powerful. The individuality of the groups was great because each therapist had a different curriculum focus. They offered CBT, DBT, music therapy, and family therapy which gave so many different perspectives. My therapist Travis was a great help. He is very detailed with his therapy and gets to the underlying causes. He is a true professional. The groups were very structured and easy to follow. The class material helped me participate in class. The therapist were all very clear and understanding. In general, its easy to get around and they keep up the grounds really well. All the staff here was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. Dimitrius groups was very inspiring. If you start off with his class in the morning, you are gonna have a good day. I learned I can start my day over as many times as I need to. The facility was very nice and clean. I participated in the Veterans groups with Therapist Christine who runs the Veteran program and I got a lot out of it.
