Amazing care! We couldn't be happier with how Dr K and the rest of the staff at Riverside Animal Hospital took care of our dog Tucker for the 11 years we were lucky enough to have him. They consistently went way above and beyond over and over again throughout his life. If you are looking for a vet that cares as much about your pet as you do and who will do everything they can to provide you and your pet with the best care possible, then I highly recommend Riverside Animal Hospital.

We have been bringing Scarlett our chowsky here for years. The staff is always the friendliest and work well with making sure our dog has what she needs. We love the Riverside animal clinic.

This is a Goldilocks story. Our beloved cat was a hurricane rescue at North Shore in 2004, and from the start she's had an ear saga to beat the band. Ear mites. Ear infections. Ear polyps. Our apartment--baby bassinet included--has looked, at times, like the set of a slasher film. Along the way we've seen negligent vets and browbeating vets. I am beyond shocked at all of the poor reviews that Riverside Animal Hospital has been given. My animals have been under the care of Dr. K for 20 years, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I've never had one bad experience, and Dr. K has always treated my animals like they were one of his own. It doesn't get any better. I feel people will complain any time they get a chance, but it's really the good experiences that should be documented more often, and they're not. Took little 6 month old Biggie (Jack Russell) who unfortunately had a bit of a rash. The staff were pretty much like family members. Such love and care which made Biggie and I feel like home. Very informative and extremely helpful. Complimentary coffee (which tasted awesome by the way) for their customers which helped a lot since I was pretty nervous, worrying about Biggie. My dog is terrified of vets and they truly work to make her comfortable while she's with them. I am so glad that I found a vet that treats her (spoils her) like I treat her. I can't thank them enough!

My wife and I are very protective of our dog, and we always felt comfortable at Riverside. We recently moved out of the neighborhood and we have been stressed trying to find a vet we trust as much. We usually saw Dr. Weber, who is very bright and very empathetic. Whenever we sought her advice about a medical decision, Dr. Weber gave the reasons for and against each option--but she would also tell us what she has done for her own pets in similar circumstances. I am not sure where the negative reviews stem from but I have to write a review about my stellar experience with RAH. First I have to mention that I lived in Washington Heights and traveled all the way down to 108th street because I found the staff and treatment to be heads above my local vets (which was much more expensive and lacking in compassion). we have been taking our 7 year-old Labrador retriever here since she was 2. We absolutely love this place. They take such great care of her. They treat every animal as if it were their own. We live in the neighborhood and so we stop by every week to weigh her and to say hello. We recommend Riverside to everyone and anyone who loves their pets.
