every one with the ******** location has been great. The VIP program has been great. I was charged the initial charge of $19.95 for first year. I was not refunded to my account as told but instead was issued as a credit which I applied to the new shoes I purchased. I recently had to return a previous shoes within the 90 days exchange and had a great experience to be able to select other shoes that were much more suited to my feet better. I see that others have complained about being charged a $39.99 annual membership fee without realizing there was a charge, and not being notified of the charge. This happened to me as well when I noticed a charge on my credit card posted at 4 a.m. yesterday morning. My last purchase was some five months ago, the only one in the last two years, though as I was told when I called them, I had been their customer for 27 years, buying about one pair of shoes a year. Road Runner Sports has reactivated a membership that was cancelled years ago without my permission, and refuses to stop emailing me, which is in violation of the law. Companies are supposed to honour your request to unsubscribe.I've unsubscribed multiple times, not to mention the blatant fraud by reactivating a membership without my consent or awareness.

Bought some insoles that were recommended by a friend for my planter faciits they were. Very expensive but worked okay but not for the price. I later found a local shop that had some that felt amazing and were about half the price . Apparently whole signing up I somehow unknowingly signed up for a vip service at ***** pr year for what? Ordered a month in advance for a new release shoe. Received an email on release date saying they are out of the shoe and new shipment date would be 2 weeks out. Unacceptable. Plus the shoes are $180.

We have purchased shoes at Road Runner sports in ******* and have been pleased with their service and products. Our last purchase in the store was a year ago; we have never purchased anything online from Road Runner Sports. Our bank alerted us this month to an unauthorized charge and my debit card was shut down. The following week another charge was made to my husband's debit card for a membership that we have never signed up for. Website claims to have 90 day fit guarantee easy returns. They do not clearly state that online returns cost a fee. Its hidden in the small print and you dont see the amount until you actually start the return. It feels very deceptive. Called and talked to customer service *** and they were not helpful. Sent an email and got an automated AI response.

They are such scammers! I bought a pair of shoes from them but then a year later they charge my cc an annual membership. I disputed my case but my bank sided with the merchant. I do NOT have a membership with them nor ever signed up with an email. They just charged what ever cc was on file.
