every one with the ******** location has been great. The VIP program has been great. I was charged the initial charge of $19.95 for first year. I was not refunded to my account as told but instead was issued as a credit which I applied to the new shoes I purchased. I recently had to return a previous shoes within the 90 days exchange and had a great experience to be able to select other shoes that were much more suited to my feet better. I see that others have complained about being charged a $39.99 annual membership fee without realizing there was a charge, and not being notified of the charge. This happened to me as well when I noticed a charge on my credit card posted at 4 a.m. yesterday morning. They continue to charge credit cards for VIP program despite never authorizing the program and calling multiple times to have it cancelled. I don't understand how this is legal after you ask them to cancel the plan and they confirmed they have but then they charge again. This is also terrible business model as we will never shop there again. They literally have a 1 star review rating on here but still has a BB rating of A+. huh?
Although the foot analysis is helpful the store clerks werent and the companies policies are not customer centric whatsoever. Limited a stock and lack of knowledge from the associates led to my order being messed up and now me being stuck with a gift card on a brand that I do not want to spend on. Please steer clear of this brand as far as you can and shop somewhere else.
Buyer beware!!!! My card was charged for a VIP membership even though I never signed up for this and never agreed to the charges. I called and found out it was because I used my boyfriends membership to purchase shoes under. His card had since been closed therefor they used whatever other card has been used for purchases under his membership. I echo what all the others are saying about this program. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I have been on hold for two whole days trying to get to a person to cancel the account. I was charged $99 twice on my credit card after they told me in the store that I had already been cancelled. DO NOT SIGN UP for VIP. They need to be investigated and punished for this scam of a system!
Only give 1 star because ar least 1 is required. Road Runner is a money making machine before customer first. DO NOT sign up for VIP. I have been unable to cancel using means in instructions. I ensured I was cancelled in the store but still got charged for the next year. After speaking to someone on the phone I was ensured I was cancelled and reimbursed.
