They continue to charge credit cards for VIP program despite never authorizing the program and calling multiple times to have it cancelled. I don't understand how this is legal after you ask them to cancel the plan and they confirmed they have but then they charge again. This is also terrible business model as we will never shop there again. They literally have a 1 star review rating on here but still has a BB rating of A+. huh?

Although the foot analysis is helpful the store clerks werent and the companies policies are not customer centric whatsoever. Limited a stock and lack of knowledge from the associates led to my order being messed up and now me being stuck with a gift card on a brand that I do not want to spend on. Please steer clear of this brand as far as you can and shop somewhere else.

Buyer beware!!!! My card was charged for a VIP membership even though I never signed up for this and never agreed to the charges. I called and found out it was because I used my boyfriends membership to purchase shoes under. His card had since been closed therefor they used whatever other card has been used for purchases under his membership. I echo what all the others are saying about this program. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I have been on hold for two whole days trying to get to a person to cancel the account. I was charged $99 twice on my credit card after they told me in the store that I had already been cancelled. DO NOT SIGN UP for VIP. They need to be investigated and punished for this scam of a system!

Only give 1 star because ar least 1 is required. Road Runner is a money making machine before customer first. DO NOT sign up for VIP. I have been unable to cancel using means in instructions. I ensured I was cancelled in the store but still got charged for the next year. After speaking to someone on the phone I was ensured I was cancelled and reimbursed. Whatever you do DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR VIP PROGRAM. Bought a pair of shoes over a year ago, and they sold me on the VIP program to get a discount on my shoes. Fast forward to a year later and I recalled that they mentioned this was a yearly charge, no big I figured I would call and have them cancel as I no longer needed it.Calling this store is a waste of your time, I called and the phone rang for 20+ minutes. I placed an order on March 28th with a promise ship date of 4/3. I call because I have received no updates on my order, and after seeing they had 3 units in stock available for purchase. I'm told it's still on backorder and has not shipped, that the information on their website is incorrect. Had I known that's how they do business, I wouldn't have placed that order. On Jan 2, 2025 my credit card was charged $49.99 by Road Runner Sports. I called the 800 number, was on hold for 20 minutes. The gentleman who answered the phone, kept trying to explain all the benefits I received. I kept saying I did not sign up, reverse the charge. After multiple times he finally said I understand I will credit your account back. I have not shopped at a Roadrunner store in over 15 years, so not sure how they got my credit card and email address. Beware, check credit card charges often.
