I paid for the membership plan during my first visit to the *************, ** store on March 2, 2023. I was told that they would send an email before the renewal date a year later. They did NOT send an email. So when I was awakened by a text from my bank at 7 am on Sunday, Feb 18, 2024, asking if I authorized a payment of $99.99, I replied NO. My card was then deactivated. This company is a SCAM. They signed me up under false pretenses that it was only $19.99 per month and then I find out that it's $49.99 at my renewal. I purchased from them again and they have upgraded me several times to family and platinum without telling me. I have had to downgrade my account but they upgrade whenever I purchase something. I will be cancelling my membership immediately and I expect they will try to charge my card. I am debating if I am looking into a class action lawsuit considering all these reviews that ... read more

Fraud Alert! I cancelled my membership with them. Two days later I received an email that my membership was successfully renewed. The fraudulently charged my son's credit card, without his authorization for the membership fee on my account, the charge was processed AFTER I cancelled the membership. When I called they had no explanation as to why they charged his card except that it was used to purchase a shoes on my membership. Very poor customer service. After I complained about my shoes not having arrived in the time frame that was on my purchase email, the customer service rep wanted to be argumentative and stated that the shoes were to arrive in 2-5 business days, but the website and my receipt stated 2-4. The tracking number stated that the shoes were enroute but ******* stated that they were going to be delivered that day, BUT I received an email that morning stating that they would be delivered the following day. I WANT OUT, I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS "MEMBERSHIP"!I've emailed and called to cancel. I cannot get through on the phone, and the email response says they cannot answer my question because I have not included an order number. I will report this company to the **** and reverse the charges to my credit card. DO NOT BUY SHOES from this company unless you want to spend $50 per year or lose hours of your life trying to cancel a worthless membership.

I have been a long-time VIP customer of **********************. Each year I have found their customer service decline. Two weeks ago I attempted to purchase two pairs of shoes plus running shorts. The website would not allow me to pay so I called in the order. The customer representative was polite but defiinitely poorly trained. After 30 minutes on the phone (Yes for two pairs of shoes and shorts) when she checked me out she told me the price was $40 more than what it should have been. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. My last purchase was 2020. I cancelled my VIP membership and last year (2022) I was charged a membership fee. It makes me wonder how many other times I was charged and missed it. I canceled my credit card and got another. TODAY, they tried to charge me $49.99. Thankfully, my credit card company denied the payment. I called RRS and they couldnt find any charges. ** huh.I am DONE with this company. Buyers beware. Pay in cash.

VIP is offered as a free service at check out, but you need to click 2 or 3 'Learn More' links before getting to the fine print that mentions a $49.99 annual charge. When you cancel you lose all of your accrued VIP cash. Other reviews mention that spending any of this cash will make cancelling impossible. Cancelling, once I learned of the charge was seemingly easy, but required a phone call and I was told that it will take 3-5 days to process. That is suspicious and warrants a follow up.

I've been buying shoes here for around a year. I run a lot, so I've already purchased several pairs for myself and husband. I'm currently in Northern ********* and needed a new pair so I ordered a new brand to get shipped to me. I tried them on in the house and within the house immediately HATED them. I have since returned them and was first charged for return shipping (extremely annoying). Now, I'm being charged as the shoes are worn and they have "stains" on them.
