I am at bay area. In my particular case Solar Optimum worked perfectly on their side. The whole thing (from signing the contract to my seeing the output power from the Enphase app) took only a month. I was the one to be blamed for a minor delay because my first check sent to LA cannot be cashed out (and JPMorgan cannot explain why) so I needed to resend one.
Solar Optimum did a great job. They finished the entire project within several weeks. This was super fast. And the quality was good. The installer asked for and listened to my proposal on how to run the wires.
Solar Optimum is professional, organized, and streamlined to complete this process from start to finish. If you are on the fence about the permit and the process, I can vouch that this company has it figured out and you can rest assured that they would complete the job in time with the highest possible standard for installation.
Had a good experience having the team come out for the install. Gabriel was a good person to talk to and was always prompt following up. The installation team came out quick and finished within a couple of hours.
They did a great job. They kept me informed every step of the way and were quick to do the work. I was amazed at how fast they came to install the solar system immediately after the permit was approved by the city!
