The whole process from start to completion was handled very well by the Solar Optimum team. All the customer service reps and technical staff/installers were very professional and knowledgeable and there was hardly any hiccups in the installation + city permit/inspection approval. Solar Optimum costs were also very competitive for a high quality panel/inverter combo. We received several quotes through Energy Sage and Solar Optimum seemed to offer the best system for the best price. We went with Solar Optimum and the whole experience was positive. I worked with Gabriel Alvarez as my main consultant and he explained the process to me very clearly. The project move forward almost exactly as planned and the system is up and running now. It's actually producing more energy than what I was promised but maybe that's because it's the summer now. Generally, very happy with the performance and I recommend this company to everyone!

Very good interactions with people in sales, site survey, and program management. Clear explanations of cost and several options before signing the contract; good discussion of the overall scope. Excellent communications throughout the project. The replaced roof looks great and held well through the first major rains.
