The team at Solar Optimum has been good throughout the whole process. The install team was professional and did a good job with a clean install. Given how I purchased right before the switch from NEM 3.0, I didn’t think much would get done very quickly, but all things considered, I am impressed.
I originally hired Tesla to install a system on my house in Glendale. I had heard horror stories about their customer service and timeline issues, but I foolishly thought that it would never happen to me. The entire process was a nightmare. I’ve been shopping around for a solar for a few years. And finally landed with Solar Optimum. My sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
The entire process went very smoothly for us. Once we received a quote and contacted the company, they immediately followed up and started planning for us. Though there were some slight mishaps regarding the final inspection, issues were resolved and now we're just loving and enjoying solar!
