The whole process from start to completion was handled very well by the Solar Optimum team. All the customer service reps and technical staff/installers were very professional and knowledgeable and there was hardly any hiccups in the installation + city permit/inspection approval. Solar Optimum costs were also very competitive for a high quality panel/inverter combo. Special thanks to Gabriel Alvarez who was the Energy Sage consultant and got the process started and patiently answered all my questions.

I worked with Gabriel Alvarez as my main consultant and he explained the process to me very clearly. The project move forward almost exactly as planned and the system is up and running now. It's actually producing more energy than what I was promised but maybe that's because it's the summer now. Generally, very happy with the performance and I recommend this company to everyone!
I compared several providers and chose Solar Optimum as they are comparatively competitive in both price and quality. The overall experience was good. The account manager Mason Brown was always responsive with patience. The workers who came to install the solar were professional and efficient.
Mr. Brown overall did his job outstanding for the company. I really liked talking to him, he was understanding and kept me informed on what he could. This person came in on a Saturday during the surge of the changing of the NEM stampede, In which there where record amounts of people wanting to get solar prior to the change. During the stampede Southern California Edison could not even keep up. Mr Mason stepped up and made me feel as I was the only one that he had in line. Thanks guy.
