The initial design and contract details were handled by Mason Brown with ease. We were in need of a new roof and Mason was able to get us a quote in a day! Solar Optimum was not the cheapest option of the roughly 10 I evaluated, but they were the least expensive for decent hardware and a good reputation that I was able to infer from both energy sage reviews, and slews of external reviews (including various online forum discussions). I recently expanded my system and the whole process was smooth, straightforward, and a much better deal than competing companies I considered. I used Solar Optimum for both installs. The first one was positive with minor hiccups that were resolved quickly. The more recent install was flawless and an improved experience.

Mason Brown was the representative that saw us through the initiation phases. There is a lot to think about with solar, a lot of companies to wade through, and permits to obtain. Throughout this, Mason was informative, patient with my questions and my need to carefully work through the process. He did not over promise. If he didn't know the answer, he did not just create an answer, he asked others and followed up with the answer. You are in good hands if you land with him.
I'm in process with Solar Optimum. My contact there has been Mason Brown, who has been extremely helpful and quick to respond to emails and questions I had. Mason has even offered advice when I had concerns about my roof prior to installing the solar system. A helpful guy and solid company.
