Super fast service from estimate-contract-permit-install to meet the NEM 2.0 deadline. They also gave me the second lowest quote. I went with them because they came well recommended
Solar Optimum was really great to work with. From the initial conversations to finally turning on our system, they were quick to respond and worked fast. The initial design and contract details were handled by Mason Brown with ease. We were in need of a new roof and Mason was able to get us a quote in a day! Solar Optimum was not the cheapest option of the roughly 10 I evaluated, but they were the least expensive for decent hardware and a good reputation that I was able to infer from both energy sage reviews, and slews of external reviews (including various online forum discussions). Mason Brown was the representative that saw us through the initiation phases. There is a lot to think about with solar, a lot of companies to wade through, and permits to obtain. Throughout this, Mason was informative, patient with my questions and my need to carefully work through the process. He did not over promise.
