Solar Optimum made the whole process of installing solar panels effortless for us. Everything they said they would do, they did. They communicated with us every step of the way. The job was completed on schedule. We highly recommend them.
I had a good experience with Solar Optimum. They were well priced after I looked at a variety of different installers' pricing and had good quality equipment. The process initially took a while as Solar Optimum informed me that I would have to move my gas meter away from my electrical panel and didn't have resources to support the construction required. I conducted a telephonic consultation with Mason Brown. Mason is super knowledgeable, he has tons of experience in the business and it shows. He was very detail oriented and patient, listening to all my needs and building tons of proposals. I did end up using my friend's company to complete my job but it was surely because of the price that Mason and Solar Optimum were able to create for me. I am in the middle of the solar install process and wanted to give an initial review. Solar Optimum and my energy consultant Mason Brown have been amazing. They are nothing but professional in their personal attention, disposition, communication, and interest in what is best for my house. So far I made the right decision.
We just signed our contracts. We did make some equipment changes and it was no problem. We really like this company. Especially Eddie. He has taken the time to explain everything in depth to us. No matter what we ask, he either answers or finds out for us. Has always answered our texts or emails. I can't say enough great things about him. I look forward to getting our project on its way. I will update as we proceed.
This is an early review of everything that's happened so far with my solar journey (haven't installed yet, but will continue to update). Given the craziness of the NEM 2 deadline, it's definitely a tough decision to figure out which installer to go with and which solar panels/inverters to get.
