I was a little apprehensive about solar. A few of my neighbors got solar systems installed and so I started to look into it. I called Solar Optimum and they turned out to be a lot more knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. I signed with Solar Optimum and my system will be installed in a couple of weeks. Great customer service and very friendly staff. I'll be sure to write a follow up review once the system is up and running.
Solar Optimum was my 5th installer that I spoke to for solar for my home. After speaking with both Alyssa and Ben, I was sold on their service and warranty. I can't wait for the summer weather to warm up now that my system has been installed.
I had solar on my house already when I moved in but was still paying a rather hefty bill. My current system was just no providing me the energy I needed. I spoke with Will at Solar Optimum and was able to install a new system to add to my offset. I was finally able to cut out my utility bill and enjoy all my solar production.
I met with a few companies and took notes on all. I was able to cross some out when comparing the materials they used but it came down to Solar Optimum and some of the larger companies like Sunrun. When I started to search about green energy, the result was Solar Optimum. They installed thirty Panasonic 330W after checking the roof. After purchasing my new electrical car, they added EV charger and Tesla Powerwall Battery for me. Now I have a complete solar system for my car and home, also I save a lot money on my electrical payments. I really recommend this company if you like to save your money with solar installation.
My first impression with them wasn't pleasant. I tried twice setting up schedule for Solar Optimum to call me to discuss their quote (the quote was submitted via energysage.com). But I didn't receive any calls from their reps at the appointment time. When I messaged them online, they said their record shown someone had talked to me. This is bad.
