I got my system installed a few months ago and I have been really happy with my choice to go solar. Before I was always hesitant to use anything in my house including my AC which was frustrating during those summer months. I was able to finance my system and pay a monthly cost that was way lower than the cost of running my AC all day. Now I am comfortable in my home year around without the worry of having to pay for it.
Solar has been one of the best moves I have made. It has rid me of high costs and has allowed me to use my electronics as long as I want. I was able to claim a big portion of my money back with my tax credits which allowed me to upgrade my service panel as well.

I decided to make Solar Optimum my installer for solar panels due to their many years of experience, high quality awards to show for it, and a great price. My roof was way old and had problem I was not looking forward to fixing. After checking with some companies and realizing the cost that would come with it I paused on the project. My neighbor down the street was having solar Optimum install their home and he told me his roof was included in the project. After speaking with Ben he was able to quote my roof and my solar so that I could get some money back on both. The system went up with my new roof and I was relieved to find a one stop shop that could accommodate both.
I decided to upgrade my home finally and added a lot of new devices that shot my bills right up. The tesla Model X I had just bought as well as my new Hot Tub made my electrical bills increase by hundreds of dollars. I met with some solar experts and soon decided to get quotes from various companies. It was down to the finish line and I chose Solar Optimum. They worked hand making sure my system was as close to my ideas as can be. My bills now are almost gone, going solar was a great move for me.
I reached out to Solar Optimum for a solar quote but also learned they handle roofing as well. They played it all safe by holding video and phone calls rather than in person meetings. They gave me a very competitive quote and after talking to others, they won my business. I plan on getting the Powerwall before next summer too.

I had a great customer experience with everyone at Solar Optimum. I was referred by a neighbor who recently had the Powerwall battery installed and he told me Solar Optimum also did his solar. I was able to get an appointment to speak with a solar rep the same day and received a full quote in just a few hours. After speaking to 2 other companies, Solar Optimum provided the best value and they've been around longer than the others which put me at ease.
I was referred to Solar Optimum through a family member who had also chosen their service. I had already spoke to a few other companies but after seeing the warranties, their rankings and all the great reviews not just from family it was hard not to schedule a call with them. My system would cover all my energy for the year and still some in case I needed to use my AC more (as requested). I have had the solar running for the past 3 months and so far have practically eliminated our bills.
