We had Solar installed at our home January 2019 and couldn't be more pleased with Solar Optimum! Everyone whom we have had contact with (sales/installation/customer service) has been extremely professional and top notch! They care about their customer's satisfaction and we recommend them to all our friends without hesitation!
Professional staff and great service! No complaints
Im happy with Solar Optimum. Got it in July 2019. So far everything is working and producing just fine. They are upgrading my monitoring system with a new cellular modem for free in place of the wifi it was connected to. Wifi always up & down but with the new system, always connected and able to check on system to see how much its producing on each solar panel.
Great price on system. Excellent follow up from start of process all the way after installation. Installers were very good and made sure to check in with me throughout the install to make sure I was given options on instal methods. They really surpassed my expectations all around.
Solar Optimum was a complete game changer for us! We had been in touch with a handful of other solar companies prior to contacting Solar Optimum, and they all seemed very similar in their offers (and not quite what we wanted). They did excellent work at our home with the panels and battery.
Great company overall, had some issues with sales communication and post-install service. However, their management corrected any issues once alerted. I understand that residential solar is of less importance than commercial installation and maintenance--and I'm happy to queue up behind the squeaky wheels--however, the company has poor at responding to emails. A little over a year ago we decided to get a solar system installed. I looked online and called a few of the better recommended companies, including Solar Optimum. Several of those companies wanted me to sign their contract that same day and asked for a $1,000 deposit check. When I asked them questions about solar and the contract (which was several pages of very small print) it became obvious to me that they were salesmen only and were not very familiar with the solar system side.
