The staff at Solar Optimum is great. I reached out to them to get a quote and within the same day, received an immediate response and quotation for a 5.5 kW system along with Tesla battery. They were running a promotion for Panasonic solar panels and their price was better than the other quotations I received. Also they had plenty of 5 star reviews on BBB. I'm happy I made the decision to go solar and with this company.
I had a video call with Ryan, my solar rep at Optimum. Customer service was great. Price was highly competitive and their warranties better than any other company I spoke with for solar panels. Very respectful and responsible company who respected my wishes for a phone consult instead of a home visit do to corona virus.
I contacted Solar Optimum because my neighbor recently referred me to them. Due to the pandemic COVID 19, they are only doing phone appointments which was very convenient. Great company and they offer top of the line products. Definitely will recommended my family and friends for sure.
