Very competetive quote on Energy Sage with top quality equipment. Were very professional and easy to work with. They did a lot of work to configure the best layout of arrays on my complicated Victorian roof. Everything went according to plan with no snags!

It was a really big decision to get a solar system for our home and we were a little nervous about having to have our meetings online because of COVID, but it went so much better and he answered all our hundreds of questions with a smile. From the very first meeting, Mark made sure we understood how it all worked, how to finance the system, any tax credits available and also how he would be taking care of all the permits. The installers did a great job too and we are very excited to start our new, green lifestyle.
I wanted to go solar last year right before the summer season hit. After meeting with a few local companies I chose to go with Solar Optimum due to the amount of knowledge they were able to bring to the table. Even after the install I had a small issue occur at which point I called in. They took my information and were able to resolve my requesting less than 2 days which really made me feel like they had my back, well after the process was complete. It's good to know there are companies out there that still care.
Shopping for solar felt a lot like shopping for a car. I came across and spoke to sleazy salespeople trying to sell me a system. Solar Optimum was very different. They helped me understand every aspect of why going solar is beneficial and important for my family. Due to COVID-19, I had a virtual video appointment with Mark and he was able to get me a great system and price. Definitely will be referring Mark and Optimum to friends and neighbors!
