After extensive research, I went with Solar Optimum and am glad I did. My main point of contact, Mark H, is awesome! Everyone else was also very professional every step of the way. There was a little hiccup with the city planning and inspection, but that was all taken care of in a timely manner. I like the app they use to track how much energy is produced... yay to no more high electric bills!!!
I was under a bit of a tight deadline with my solar system because I wanted to make sure I could get the full federal tax credit before Dec 21, and I appreciate how Solar Optimum worked very hard in order to meet that deadline. They know the process very well and their planning and project management is great. My system works exactly as it should, and overall I am very pleased with my experience with Solar Optimum.

After shopping and comparing solar system with other competing solar companies, Solar Optimum was our best choice. We have no regrets getting the solar system from Solar Optimum. Five stars to Solar Optimum their customer service is amazing during my installation process they always were quick to answer our questions! After searching for months for a solar installer my family friend referred us to them. They reassured us they were an honest company and I am quite satisfied with their service so far. Very excited to start saving on my electricity bill and going green this year.
Being a first time home buyer, the concept of adding solar to my home was always one of the first things I wanted to add, especially living in a place like SoCal where the weather allows us to reap the benefits of solar energy.
