Solar Optimum gets five stars mainly on the basis of service. It is not hard to come by a Solar Company that you want to hire to optimize on the tax credit but here you deal with real people who are responsive and get the job done. The tech that completed the install and follow up was professional, courteous and mindful of his customers on his schedule while working on our house. So far we have not had any issues or concerns and would no doubt refer them to others as a trustworthy and reliable business
I wanted to write my review to relate my story to all the people asking me about my experience. I told everyone about the research I did when finding my solar company. I went through many finding out if they even covered my area. Once I found companies who did I looked at their products, Financing, options, warranties as well as their licencing. I sent out my info to about 4 companies who all sent in similar bids. In the end due to both materials and pricing I felt I got the best price and service from Solar Optimum.

I was referred by Solar Optimum by my neighbor George who installed a beautiful Panasonic solar system on their home. He highly recommended that I contacted and meet with a couple of solar companies including Solar Optimum. The rep that I worked with was Mark who answered all of my questions and really made me understand the benefits of solar and the battery storage. Long story short, I also purchased a 7.2KW system and the Tesla Powerwall battery. The process was for the most part smooth and the installation team was great.... read more

Solar Optimum is a great company! Everyone we worked with was super nice and very knowledgeable. They were very helpful and took care of all the paperwork and logistics that we needed. Overall we are very happy with our experience and are so happy to have gone solar!
