If you are looking for the best solar installer in California, you just found them! Solar Optimum was great in terms of service, product quality, warranty and price. We had nothing but positive experiences with them. They made the whole process seamless and worry-free by keeping us-well informed on all steps and answering all our questions. They were easy to get in touch with, nice people and kept their timeline. Really great experience.
The rep helped educate me on the different types of panels, inverters and system. Their price was nice as well. Took the time to really walk me through the process so I could make a decision I could feel confident with.
I worked with Artur from start to finish, and he was very good at making everything clear and easy to understand. He was very good at responding to all my questions and was helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Artur guided me through all the steps from design and application to after care. The installation crew also did a fantastic job. My new system looks great and I am excited for my new green lifestyle!
As a family of 4 we were attracted to Solar Optimum due to their online reviews and after speaking to some of the staff, I could see why so many people chose to go with them. We've only had our solar system installed for less then a year now but the amount we are already saving on our electric bill has already made the switch well worth it. If you are considering solar, I would highly recommend them.
Our experience with Solar Optimum could not have been better. We had our first consultation via Zoom to maintain social distancing, and it went great. They explained the ins and outs of the system to us and also took care of all the paperwork for permits and rebates. With regards to the installation the crew were respectful and efficient and didn't leave a trace behind. We are extremely satisfied.
I contacted 4 solar companies and received proposals and estimates from all of them, and I ended up going with Solar Optimum. They provided the best offer and especially the best warranties. I was in the market for solar when all of the Covid 19 lock down began. Decided to go through with it and I have to say Solar Optimum did everything to make it easy and safe for us as well as them. We had video calls and the installers were not only quick but kept to the Covid regulations. We are very happy with them all the way around.
