Quoting was fast and I liked that there was no pressure to sign a contract. They weren't the lowest-cost option but we had just put in a new roof and the roof penetration warranty was the best I found. The installation was very quick - we didn't have to be on-site for it. We had existing electrical issues with our wiring and electrical panel and Solar Optimum fixed them in-house at cost (a lot of solar installers don't do additional electrical work) and made sure our inspection passed. Great service and the system has been running great since December. We shopped around and SO seemed the most trustworthy. We weren't disappointed.
Solar Optimum installed panels with Enphase energy inverters in August, 2016. They were great all the way through the process. Customer service representatives have always been very nice and helpful. Their price was very reasonable. The system has worked without any problems ever since the installation! And I am proud of going Green and offsetting my carbon footprint on our planet Earth!
