I started looking into Solar after hearing about possible black outs during COVID. It was bad enough as is, I can't imagine staying at home with the electricity shut off. Solar Optimum crew was really nice and took into account the social distancing by giving us zoom conference which I had never done but was really great being able to do it as if he was in my living room. If you are looking for the best solar installer in California, you just found them! Solar Optimum was great in terms of service, product quality, warranty and price. We had nothing but positive experiences with them. They made the whole process seamless and worry-free by keeping us-well informed on all steps and answering all our questions. The rep helped educate me on the different types of panels, inverters and system. Their price was nice as well. Took the time to really walk me through the process so I could make a decision I could feel confident with.

As a family of 4 we were attracted to Solar Optimum due to their online reviews and after speaking to some of the staff, I could see why so many people chose to go with them. We've only had our solar system installed for less then a year now but the amount we are already saving on our electric bill has already made the switch well worth it. Our experience with Solar Optimum could not have been better. We had our first consultation via Zoom to maintain social distancing, and it went great. They explained the ins and outs of the system to us and also took care of all the paperwork for permits and rebates. With regards to the installation the crew were respectful and efficient and didn't leave a trace behind. We are extremely satisfied.
