The technicians were accommodating. They answered all our questions and worked with our schedule. Our roofer requested for a consultation with the technicians while he was working on our new roof to ensure that our warranty for the new roof will not be voided when the solar panels are installed. They coordinated with our roofer well.

It’s been about six months since we had solar panels installed by Solar Optimum. We have been very happy with the system. No longer do we need to worry about an expensive electricity bill, while allowing our AC to be on as the intense heat waves rage on. I had Solar Optimum put 26 panels on my roof and install a Tesla battery. The Panasonic panels were higher quality than those offered by a competitor. My electric bill has gone down to around $10/mo vs $400-600/mo last summer. The install went smoothly. I had a problem with a trench being left open at the end of the job that I filled in myself. My experience with Solar Optimum very good. Everyone was so helpful. The techs were polite and considerate as I am a person of many questions. They always arrived when they said they would. They were very careful to clean up the work area and took great respect of my home, like they were never there. It took 3 days to install the panels and battery as initially promised.
