I was in the market for solar when all of the Covid 19 lock down began. Decided to go through with it and I have to say Solar Optimum did everything to make it easy and safe for us as well as them. We had video calls and the installers were not only quick but kept to the Covid regulations. We are very happy with them all the way around.
We had our install recently and have no complaints. We initially had a few questions about solar, called Solar Optimum and they answered all my questions right away. They followed up days later providing more info as well as a guide to help us through our decision making process. Talk about customer service :)
It was so nice our solar went up with no problems. The crew was so great to work with. They did everything to keep us updated and informed. Couldn't be happier with all the savings and rebates they helped us with.
Big shout out to the sales and installation crew at Solar optimum. I contacted them in February before the COVID 19 shutdown but that didn't stop our progress with the installation. They were careful, mindful and kept all safety precautions. Very much recommend.

We were a bit nervous to start this project because getting solar on your house is a big decision but Solar Optimum very quickly put all of our worries to rest. I Initially met with Solar Optimum about two months ago. My wife and I were deciding whether solar was right for us and who we could trust with such a project. Solar Optimum really impressed me. We have been talking about getting solar for a year, and we have been preparing to take the plunge for a long time. Then Corona hit, and we weren't sure if it was even possible. My overall impression of Solar Optimum is that they are exceptionally professional. They entire journey from the initial contact to the support I received after installation was very satisfactory. The introductory consultation was done via video conference, and it was efficient and just as thorough as I would image an in-person meeting would be. I received an offer the very next day, and it was a breeze getting started on the process. I never had a problem getting any question answered before, during and after installation.
