I am new to the area and was looking for reliable solar company. We went with Solar Optimum and could't be happier. Sean had all the information and the service he provided. He was clear and articulate with everything so no surprises at the end. If you are looking for a well informed company I would recommend you call Solar Optimum.

I've worked hard fixing up my home over the last few years. I am very particular when it comes to allowing people to work on my house so I was a bit hesitant to go solar. I met with Sean who went over the design with me answering my questions as we moved along. I was impressed by the precise answers I was given and decided to give it a try. After moving into our new home there were a few updates that were definitely needed. Among these was my main panel that was in need of upgrading to allow for all the new devices I planned on adding. spent months of researching, with more than 10 quotes. contract signed end of Oct, unfortunately can't meet the 2019 rebate deadline. Mark was good at answering my concerns. Design and permit process were smooth and efficient. We were notified on the progress. Permit received Jan 15. Unfortunately, process was delayed by roof work which was not done till end of Feb after calls and email reminder. Installation is still ongoing, and further delayed by shelter in place. If you're in need for solar....I would so recommend Solar Optimum. These guys are clean, first and efficient! They gave me a timeline and they finished before they said. Super excited to say that we picked the right company.

They did a great job. They kept their promises from day one and kept me informed with every step of the process. Every person I had contact with was nice, and I really like my consultant, Alex. I asked him a lot of questions during the process and he never failed to answer me. They are all very professional and the Panasonic panels they installed are perfect. It's definitely a great company to work with and I am happy to give them five stars.

Solar Optimum installed a system that I am ultimately very happy with. The quality of the components and workmanship is excellent. I liked their quote and the salesman that I spoke with was helpful and friendly. I decided to proceed with them and signed the contract to move forward with inspections around late August or early September of 2019. An inspection was scheduled and took place within a week or two. Last fall, we purchased solar panels for our home. After meeting with a handful of companies, we liked Solar Optimum and their deal the best. In particular, we liked their 25-year warranty program and the brands they work with. The process was very easy and Solar Optimum took care of permits and everything else that solar panels require. We worked with Thom. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Solar Optimum had answers to every single question and concern we had, and they did a great job at communicating with us. We felt very comfortable with them throughout the whole process. They made a point of listing to our wishes and educating us rather than trying to up sell. We love our solar power system, and we love Solar Optimum.
