Being from the valley the summers can be very hot and the electric bills can NUTS. We decided to get solar and haven't looked back. The group at Solar Optimum made it an easy transition both with how fast the install happened and the care they took of my home. I can't wait to run my AC without the worry of that electric bill.
I wasn't sure if solar would be for us but I wanted some information. After talking with Marc we decided it was perfect for what we were looking to do. He went over the many details we gave him and was there to walk me through all the financing step. We are so excited to have solar in our home.

After moving into our new home there were a few updates that were definitely needed. Among these was my main panel that was in need of upgrading to allow for all the new devices I planned on adding. spent months of researching, with more than 10 quotes. contract signed end of Oct, unfortunately can't meet the 2019 rebate deadline. Mark was good at answering my concerns. Design and permit process were smooth and efficient. We were notified on the progress. Permit received Jan 15. Unfortunately, process was delayed by roof work which was not done till end of Feb after calls and email reminder. Installation is still ongoing, and further delayed by shelter in place. They did a great job. They kept their promises from day one and kept me informed with every step of the process. Every person I had contact with was nice, and I really like my consultant, Alex. I asked him a lot of questions during the process and he never failed to answer me. They are all very professional and the Panasonic panels they installed are perfect. Solar Optimum installed a system that I am ultimately very happy with. The quality of the components and workmanship is excellent. I liked their quote and the salesman that I spoke with was helpful and friendly. I decided to proceed with them and signed the contract to move forward with inspections around late August or early September of 2019. An inspection was scheduled and took place within a week or two.
