From the moment we arrived we were treated like secondhand guests. Preference was given to hotel and casino guests . We were treated like outsiders because we booked on OpenTable. And the young hostess was rude, condescending and just couldn’t give a darn. We have dined here before and always booked directly at the time of our hotel reservation. Ended up walking out. Probably never come back again!
none of the five of us liked the macaroni & Cheese, our 11 year old ordered it and she would not eat it so we all tasted it and none of us liked the cheese flavor.
The poor server, he tried so very hard and did outstanding job for us. My Steak arrived with a sauce I requested not be put on Steak and the Server quickly returned it to kitchen. But as you know all the cook did was scrape it off. My potatoes were cold as were the Mushrooms, again the server quickly returned it to Cook to reheat. So we went to Roxy's for dinner last Wednesday dinner and show we have 50% off on our meal we were overcharged didn't realize until we got home I've called Jeff the manager from Roxy's twice and he's never called back I'd appreciate someone calling me back and crediting my credit card 9166229677
The service was great but I was extremely disappointed in the food. The bread was probably the best part of the meal. We order Oyster Rockefeller and had to send back because they were not cooked enough. We had over cooked asparagus, undercooked lobster and bland tasting steak. I would not recommend to anyone.
It is apparent that notes accompanied with Open Table reservations are not reviewed. My standing notes are that my husband is hearing impaired and a quieter seating area would be much appreciated. Last night, we were seated between the kitchen and bar area, so are conversation was hindered. I was also celebrating my 40th birthday. Service was good . Food was ok but not worth the price. Atmosphere was dark!
The service was extremely slow. I understand that at a good steakhouse the meal is served slowly for the experience, but this was almost painful. The only thing that stopped us from just out right complaining was the server had a great personality and was extremely apologetic. The food was just ok, I really expected more. My husband and I went here for our Xmas Eve dinner. Right from the start we were rushed. We ordered an appetizer of calamari and my husband also ordered a wedge salad and we ordered our main course.
