Noted in Open Table it was a birthday….that was never acknowledged. Food was ok, very noisy, wine was unacceptable, service just ok. DISAPPOINTED!

Dark place, couldn’t read the menus, loud ambience, mediocre service and food

Service was mediocre at best. Had to send my steak back, and that meant my wife was finished eating by the time I started. The steak was marginal. I can do better on my own grille.
Waiter treated us like we were not worth his time. Old Fashioned came with crushed cubed ice and a STRAW. steak and asparagus were mediocre as well as the golden potatoes. Will not be coming back.

I had reservations for 7:30pm and didn’t get seated till 8:15pm not even an apology from the manager.

Ravioli were good. The steaks were so thin and basic quality for the price it was insulting. Rediculously priced for basic quality. It’s a restaraunt in a Reno casino..... 225 for two people with 2 drinks each and one appetizer and two entrees Insane.

Hostess was horrible. Checked in early for reservation and was told to come back. After returning and checking back in I was told to wait. I waited another 20 minutes 6 feet from her station, checked back again... My table was gone and was told she had called my name 3 times as well as messaged me.
