I bought a water filter from Royal Prestige , sad to say that every time I test the water for to see if its contaminated I get the same results as the tap water. Is a scam !!!

Please be careful with this company they do fraudulent transactions! I ordered some items from them in 2020 and they are still taking money out of my account till this day (July 2023) and I have already paid them all I owed them! I had to go to my bank and do a fraudulent report and also went to the police to make a police report to get these people that have been stealing my hard earned money. Horrible horrible company! Hice la cancelación de unos productos, Me enviaron el label por ups el 06/08/2023, envíe los productos. Les llego el producto. Ahora llamo para continuar con la cancelación y me dicen que me los van a regresar porque paso un mes. Y no ha pasado un mes. Y no quieren cancelar el pedido. Y me están cobrando. Purchased water filtration system for my home which came with a one year warranty. 2 months before the warranty expired our shower head filter malfunctioned, we took it product directly to seller representative who said would take care of it. One month an half passed and ********************************** never sent filter to manufacturer. Resulting in our warranty expiring and never replacing filter. The products are very nice, good quality and last for years. Regarding financing, they messed up my name incorrectly put my payment information causing me to have a late payment and never spoke on the interest rate. Theyve said they have removed the late payment but it is still on my credit report and I am still working on getting it off. There products are amazing like I said, when it comes to financial office Im not to sure what is going on.
