Signed up for a home automation security system for $45.99/mo. Partially installed the next day but was told the monthly rate was $55.95. When installer showed up the next day was told $65.99/mo to get everything I originally contracted. Bait and switch outfit. Terrible customer service trying to get this resolved. Don't believe anything they tell you.

Purchased a new home and had safe haven come out less than a week later. Here are the few issues we've had in the first 30 days since install. 1. CSR lied about pricing. 2. Technician had almost no clue how to install everything but of course was knowledgeable about how much all the products were. 3. Took technician 6 hours on first visit and 3 hours on second visit to get everything set up. 4. Our front porch light has never worked since the technician left after the second visit. 5. Absolutely the worst customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone signing anything with this company. I've tried on multiple occasions to have one of the equipment fixed, and so far, nothing but getting ghosted. I recommend everyone find other providers who charge less and care for their customers.

Hello My front door can’t locked from the outside. I fisrt thought it was the batteries, so I changed but it is still doing the same thing. ‘ message will said can’t lock due to mechanical issues ‘, I called customer service and they put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. The lady over the phone told me that I will get a call back in the next 25 or 48 hours. So all the money I paid for they are unable to have someone and fixed my door. I regret having them .

If I could give them a ZERO I would. DO NOT REFER ANYONE to these people. They are thieves. Nothing they say is true. They lock you into a contract and then will not provide any service when there are issues. I recommend you NEVER utilize them because they are a bunch of LIARS.

Do not go with them! My hallway fries Alarm has been going off constantly when taking a shower or cooking. ADT was helpful but this company who brokers the system is not. The lady was very rude telling me there’s no recall on the fire alarm but ADT says there is but safe haven will send out a technician to look at it for $70. Buyers Beware Do Not Buy From Safe Haven!!!! This company is the worst company I have ever done business with they lied about the cost then took my credit card and charged over 2000 dollars. they first told me that it was a monthly rate refused to answer my questions they even lied about there location. Liars Liars Liars Crooks when they left the installer didn't leave a copy of the contract that was signed by someone else not me!!!
