Really bad initial experience with Safe Haven....not the technicians fault, but the sales person's fault. When I spoke to the sales person, who is in Illinois while our home is in Florida (1st red flag), she made it initially sound like the technician would first come to assess what set up would be best for our home...the sales person floated some ideas, but said the technician would come out and give me a better idea. My Panel has not been working for a week!! I called ADT on Monday who directed me to Safe Haven. They set up an appointment for a technician to come to my home on Friday (Which made me very angry because that’s an entire week without security.) On Friday, the technician did not show up! I called ADT back who then stayed on the phone with me and contacted Safe Haven. When the Safe Haven rep got to the phone after 40 minutes of waiting, she said that a technician was not scheduled. Unfortunately Safe Haven has been a nightmare! I should have cancelled when I had the chance. Installation consisted of ripping off paint to get my new ADT monitor on ( the old ADT Monitor looked better) and all the old door/window security devices had to stay on or the glue would have damaged our woodwork so we have double devices everywhere. I can't even give this company 1 star, I wish there was a negative star button...their technical support staff along with ADT cannot fix any problems, One technician calls days after their service call requesting your credit card number...the customer service reps dont know how to reach their supervisors, and supervisors do not return calls. The Safe Haven agent who set our service up was great until I tried reaching out about a promo gift card I was suppose to receive. There have been numerous emails and calls with no response. If there was a mistake on what was articulated to me when I signed up, the agent should try to respond and clarify this. However, it’s been months. Don’t sign up if there’s a promo. They’ll probably never honor it anyway.

If you built a DR Horton home DONT DO IT! The technicians are nice (shout out to Henry who has done everything in his power to try and make my service work as I purchased and as Safe Haven and DR Horton promise and advertise. Don't think you can take your concerns to the seller. Your emails will go ignored. As they keeping debating money for services that don't work properly. Dear SafeHaven, I’m writing in regards to an ongoing issue I’m trying to resolve with your services. On December 2, 2020 I had an ADT security system installed with the new build of my home (DR Horton is the builder). Upon installation, the video recordings were immediately filled up within a 24 hour period, and I requested your company reset this, which they couldn’t. Very disappointed! Sam Silvas is not a professional! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Technician was scheduled to install from 4-6 arrived at 9pm. Too late and dark. Not safe! Thank God I chose a better reliable company! Please learn to be respectful about people's time. They definitely need more training in customer service!
