Amazing care, you can really tell that everyone genuinely cares about you.. the therapy department, great nurses and the receptionist is amazing! Thanks for all you do!!

So my husband was admitted to this facility ..Not sure what to expect .I wanted to share this experience with others ...The Professionalism The Kindness of the staff .I felt at peace with my husband being under there care ,But the level of service and the patience the staff have you can feel that they care about their patients but they are more than just patients they are someone's loved one and they deserve to be treated with dignity and respect ... Sage Creek is a caring place for patients and their loved ones. Our family is grateful for the compassionate care that our loved one received. He was a resident for three weeks. They provided physical rehab services for him gently encouraged him to try and move his body more. this facility is clean, nicely furnished with lovely gathering areas. My only concern is that he was not not afforded the opportunity to shower. it seems strange that there was no way to make that available. To me this is a misstep in care. Endin... read more

I would be totally bremiss if I did not write a high praised review on the Sage Creek-Ione Receptionist....Doreen She goes so far beyond for everyone she touches with her kind spirit & gentle sole Doreen is one of those people that you immediately want to know better because she exudes helpful kindness with timely hugs when needed. She immediately made me comfortable, welcomed, & part of her inner-circle. We were delighted to get in here after seeing the list of Medicare approved choice. Skilled nursing homes can have some pretty dismal decor. This facility is modern and clean. There are 60 private rooms with big, easy access bathrooms. It can be a tough transition coming from a Level 3 in the hospital but he is adjusting well. The intake process can take a while. Be patient and kind to the staff. It goes a long ways.

This facility is amazing. I feel like I am on a luxury cruise ship. Food, staff, activities all are exceptional. Modern and clean, the feeling of hope and independence, Sage Green has it all. So fortunate to be here. I actually don't look forward to going home!!
