This is shameful!!!! after posting over 8 years ago, they had the nerve to respond today!!! Are you kidding me??? This makes it even worse......

My mother, who has Alzheimer's was basically ignored at this facility. The nursing staff seemed bothered when I would ask them for assistance . I would not recommend you send your loved ones there

One word: Awful! The Case Manager, Paige was very unprofessional and demonstrated extremely poor follow through. Overall, if you are seeking quality care. . . Go somewhere else.

This place is horrible the care lady said well well You shit yourself that's your fault I will get to you when I can mind you I called and called them it took an hour to get help

This facility is only for short term stay but if you have other options to chose from, I wouldn't recommend this place. It is a bit deceiving though cause when you initially walk in, it looks like a nice place, the rooms are updated but and yes there's a but.. the nurses aren't attentive to your loved ones in the room. My grandpa is currently in here trying to get rehabilitated to get moved to an assisted living or back home and he even hates being there. He presses the call button and they rarely checkin on him. This facility was a disappointment. The asian lady who was working in the front facility was so rude and condescending. She wasn't helpful and said to inquire another facility because Sage Creek Post - Acute wasn't the spot for my mom. She didn't provide any other details but said her goodbyes and escorted me out of the facility. Don't go here if you can't be respected.

Sad that a place like this exists. Unprofessional and shouldn't be involved in taking care of your loved ones. I wish I could leave more details, but it's not worth the effort. Ultimately I don't want to remember. Shame on Saint Rose Hospital for sending patients there.

If I could use 0, I would. Employees rarely answer call lights. I had to get up and out of bed and walk to the nurse station Every time I needed anything. Then there is always an argument over medicaction. some nurses are down right mean and don't tend to your needs. I've been here since Monday, it's now Friday and I have never been given a toothbrush, toothpaste, also have not been bathed, showered or even given wash cloths to wash myself. It's very unsanitary. I could go on and on.

My mom entered this facility 5 days ago today after being released from St Rose Siena Hospital for a week. This facility is clean with no smells like you have in a nursing home environment. The employees are nice when spoken to, but they do not acknowledge you if you don't say anything. It would be nice if they practiced human kindness here and greeted each person in passing with at least a hello. Quality of care: they only go through the motions from what I can see.
