My grandfather was at SageCreek about a month ago. The first 24 hours were a little rough with the transition from Desert Springs Hospital. This is our second skilled nursing facility and I was happy with the care at SageCreek. Therapy was great and nursing did their best to take care of his needs despite how busy they were, especially Barb. Hopefully we are on the mend, and done with rehab facilities. If we do need to go back, we wi'll return to SageCreek.

I'm very happy with my our experience at Sage Creek. My dad was brought here after a lengthy stay in the hospital and even though he was not the most cooperative patient, the staff at Sage Creek was very professional and patient with my dad. This was a very tough time for my dad and our family and I felt like everyone at this place helped to make it easier.

Hi I wanted to give a shout out to sage creek. I was a patient here for rehab. Diagnosed with an auto immune disorder, I was not able to walk well. I am younger than the usual clientele. They were very respectful and very prompt with my medical needs and issues. I was here for a short amount of time, but it was very pleasant. Food is "ok", but let's face it...it's hospital type food.

I live out of state and had a lot of trouble getting in touch with someone to give me an update on my family member. Finally talked Lila who was extremely helpful!!! She was amazing and made me feel 100 % better.

After a week of battling pneumonia at St. Rose Hospital, my father was sent to Sage Creek. My father received good care there. The staff was attentive to his needs. He especially wants to thank: CeCe, Raul, Tina, the PT ladies and Alex, the van driver who stayed with my father for an extensive amount of time while my dad received a blood transfusion. My mom has been holding off on her hip surgery and finally had to get it done because she fell on the driveway. After calling numerous facilities, I found sage creek. I called and spoke with Wendy in admissions and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. Even though Sage Creek can't take my mom (because they aren't contracted with her insurance) Wendy walked me through the referral process and helped ease my mind about services that facilities like Sage Creek have to offer. The care provided at Sage Creek was exceptional. Staff was very courteous and professional. Physical therapy really took care of me well. They really made him work which made his recovery quicker than normal. The facility was very accommodating to his needs. I would highly recommend Sage Creek for rehabilitate. I would like to thank the staff again for all their exceptional care they gave.

Many months after our experience at Sage Creek, we learned more about how the rehab thing works with elderly post stroke patients. My father had been technically living in an elder group home (which is a wonderful place - True Loving Care - because my parents home is not equipped for his needs nor can my mother care for him in his current state.
